If I could give less than 1 star I would. Did an pickup order and went in at the time the app told me and not only have they not made my subs but are currently making someone's 8 sub order. Told me they're all out of flatbread and when I called the app number to get a refund suddenly they had flatbread again so they lied because they're lazy. Been over half an hour and they're saying itll take another half hour to make two simple subs.

Edit: And they forgot the bacon I paid extra for

Subway, usually a reliable spot, unfortunately, missed the mark during my recent visit yesterday around 7 PM.While the food itself was decent, the customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. When I asked for an extra ketchup packet, the employee ( she) rudely pointed out that I had already received extra two. As someone who has worked in fast food before, I know that arguing over a simple request like that is bad practice. This interaction negatively impacted my experience, making it hard to enjoy my meal. @subwayowner, I would highly encourage to provide empathy training to your employees on better customer service practices. A little kindness can go a long way.

Says they are open till 11, and even on there dam website it says open till 11 yet they are not. I have always ordered here for quick food but after that I don't think I will anymore. You should post up on the window your open till 11 then close at 10

I don't know how or why there's only 1 person working these restaurants? It was slammed at dinner time. Not the first location I've experienced this either. I didn't even think that was legal?

Ordered two footlong and the amount of veggies they gave was so less
Been ordering from subway for so long and the amount shit every time is real.
When I called up for this issue and informed the quantity is less compared the everyone I get in this subway or other subways, both this staff and the owner were rude and said they do it like this and if i want i can take and throw but they are not going to do anything on this.

I would never recommend anyone ordering from here both the food and the people are horrible and no respect for customer.

Foods great, prices are communist. It seems to have gotten better for service though (some of the employees were great some not so much) one just nodded off and did some gross stuff while serving food so I've been turned off from it but might try again if I wanna blow almost $30 on a combo.

Would recommend firehouse they give you what you pay for and are just superior

During the chaotic lunch rush, I was amazed to see only one worker handling all the in-store orders, online orders, and Uber Eats deliveries. Despite the overwhelming pressure, she demonstrated incredible professionalism and efficiency. Meanwhile, a man behind the counter seemed to be hindering her by asking numerous questions. To my surprise, he was a health inspector. Dharni, the remarkable worker, managed the entire situation with grace and competence, never losing her cool. Her dedication and poise deserve high praise. Keep shining, Dharni! Five stars aren't enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a sub today and the girl working was absolutely rude. Didn’t listen properly to anything I had told her. Added tomatoes and had to ask her to remove them because that was NOT what I had asked for. Then I asked for habanero cheese and was given shredded cheese. When I tasted it and noticed it was not a habanero blend of cheese I brought it back and asked why she had put that when I asked for habanero, she gave me attitude and said she would not remake it for me and that was their policy. That’s funny because I called Bayfield and they said that’s absolutely not correct and if she was supposed to add habanero she should either refund or remake it. I told her this is not the way food service should go and even if the sandwich was completely right (which it wasn’t) but didn’t taste good the worker should remake the food. So how when it was WRONG am I being told there’s nothing they can do. $14 for a sandwich and I can’t eat it. DISAPPOINTED and will be calling head office

I ordered a vegetarian sub online and didn't select banana peppers as a topping, but they included them anyway. When I informed one of the staff members, she responded in a very impolite manner. Way bad customer service not gonna order again from this store

Too many issues with the staff. They don't listen or pay attention. We had to constantly repeat, MORE. They seem to not want to be there. I never get full anymore as the quantity of meat is decreased.
