This girl working was very rude. I don’t the name but she is Indian being rude to us for no reason. Not even a smile on face or hello. This is how you treat your customer. Very disappointed with the service. Whatever we ask she answered it in ridiculous way. What’s next, next, next. She kept on repeating.

I tried veggie patty after very long time : due to previous bad experience from another location in past , but the guy who worked there force me to try his recipe and serve me his own style and I am shocked but it was an amazing meal I had in my bad day. If I don’t make mistake but guy name was dikshank . I ll be back soon to try something else from his own hand sandwich.
Bravo keep it up .

We went to order a sun for us today around 10:40 am or so and there was an indian girl with specs which was “extremely rude” for no exact reason. She seemed to be pissed off because we went to order? I think that’s her job. We don’t expect a smile all the time but atleast she should have basic etiquettes to talk to customers. She was just saying “next” so rudely The whole time we ordered something. When we asked her if she has any more sauces or not she literally made a very rude expression and said “ you can read it” and then went away without serving us and didn’t even came back and asked once if we were ready! She came back after 2-3 minutes and started asking very very rudely about sauces. We literally stopd there for 2-3 minutes watching, waiting and expecting that she would come back. That is very unprofessional, unwelcoming, rude and unnecessary for whatever she did. I don’t understand why she is even allowed to work at front and deal with customers!! She should be PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED FIRST TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS. She is unfit for a customer service role. Didn’t expect this kind of a treatment at all! Very unsatisfied!! Hope she gets the training that she needs! No wonder there was no line in front of subway. No one would want to order from someone so rude and unprofessional.

It was really the worst experience.THE STAFF NEEDS TRAINING THEY DONT KNOW TO READ THE ORDERS AS WELL.AND IT WASN'T BUSY AT ALL I was the only customer but still it was the worst I have ever has.

Vegetarian options: The service of the staff was ridiculously bad. The arrogance attitude towards customers is non acceptable. I went to buy a 6 inch first of I read the note says will be back in 5 mints which I waited for 12 minutes to be specific and after that the arrogance attitude of the staff when she comes out from the kitchen I said hello and she didn’t even greet the customer yelled just a minute!! No sorry no hello no please nothing!!! Worse customer service experienced of my 7 years in Canada !!!

I am on the hospital and wsnted a sub. I ordered and paid for it . I was waiting for like an hour for it. Then when I called the guy that answered didnt speak but a few words or understand any English at all. I have no problem with foreigners working here but if you cant read, speak or understand us its definitely not the right place for you to be working. The nurse had told me that they would call them or send it up but if you cant read then you cant complete your task at hand. Now I have to eat a grilled cold sub.

Staff r rude and talk bad about u right behind the glass as if u can’t hear them they’re also very aggressive and have no manures you’d think they weren’t low life’s working at subway. Lmao. Pathetic.

Kid-friendliness: Environment is quite nice and cleanliness is also really good in terms of health and safety. Must visit. It's inside the Georgian college.

Unlike any other subway i’ve ever been to. I go to school here and it’s usually pretty busy. Not worth the wait at all. Lettuce looked like it was shrivelling and nothing tasted some what fresh. Most subways are pretty good about freshness but this one is horrid.

Subway employee does not know the meaning of customer service. Will not return to that Subway location because of that employee. As my daughter and I were waiting in line, a medical employee of the hospital was ordering her food. The Subway employee was very rude and refused to complete the customers order as she requested. When it came our turn to order. The Subway employee was also very rude with me and got very angry when I requested that she not put my sandwich in the toaster (as she had just put it in). She then argued with me that she had already asked me if I wish to have my sandwich toasted or not. Which I can assure you that she did not, because I would have answered no thank you. My daughter also told me: “mom, she definitely did not ask you”. Had I not been starving after being at the hospital over 5+ hours, I would have left right then and there.Wish I could share her name on this review, but since she didn’t share her name with me or hand me a receipt I cannot.I gave a 1 star review but honestly I would have put 0 star had I the option to do so.
