Food is standard for a subway, but they don't put much veggies on the sandwiches. Like most Subways will give you a decent handful of stuff, but unfortunately, this location follows the corporate formula and will only put ~6 pieces of whichever ingredient you choose. Not a lot of value for what you pay for.The service is great and the employees are all really friendly though. Duckworth Plaza is sketchy as hell, but that's not the Subway's fault so I can't criticize them for that.

I had extremely disappointing expierence at this Subway. The sub barely had any meat, and they included ingredients not listed on my order. The service is horrible here. I rather drive to a further location to get what I ordered.

We are regular customers for this particular subway. Everytime we order same sub with grilled at the end. New hired guy denied to grill anymore??♂️. Additionally, I haven't seen atmosphere like we had last time. We hope some action will be taken!

Stood there for 15 minutes well he packed Uber orders and then when two gentleman came in behind me and waited for him to finished they jumped up and he took their order, I understand waiting for a skip or Uber order but then to serve someone else after you have had someone waiting is ridiculous, I had to rush out in order to catch my bus. The worker did not even look in my direction more than once. I did not get any food food I was not spoken too or greeted in any way absolutely ridiculous for 9:15pm and an empty restaurant! He was also the only employee there and he looked completely lost! He looked at a receipt for about 2 minutes each time and was working at the pace of a sloth, I work at a restaurant and I’ve been the only person around and still can manage a slight greeting. This place was great up until about 6-7 months ago and the reviews prove it! I’ve gone here for the last 6 years and in my whole time coming here it has never been so atrocious!

Used to be an amazing place to eat, staff was super chill earlier.Came here today after like a month.I went with my friend and we ordered our usuals.Told this guy to grill our sandwich and he says he cannot as it will spill the sauce?????They always grilled my sandwich.My friend, he works at subway and he says he have grilled more saucy sandwiches than that lol.What a drag.It was busy maybe he didnt grill it, saw a line up and worker was panicking.How bout this cheap owner get better staff/train better and hire more people.One guy handling skip order and 4+people in line. LolCheap ownerAbysmal bathrooms.Bro give a good wage to employees maybe business will be better. stop exploiting TFWs.

Worst customer service I have ever received.The employee working refused to re-make my sandwich after they made the wrong thing. Was told there was absolutely nothing he could do even though he charged me $15 for bacon, spinach and bread. I asked for a BMT and received just bacon when it doesn’t even come on the sandwich. Not sure if the product cost is coming straight out of their pocket but it was ridiculous service.

There is not any option to give minus star here. I went there around 1 pm on 30th march. There were two guyz both were so much rude. Either of them did not know how to talk with a customer. I don’t know how they can work at subway with this kind of attitude. At top of that food was not good. So cold from inside. Never will go at this location.Vegetarian options: Very baaad….

All subways are the same but not all subway "artists"(?) are the same. The guy that's in there at 2am has earned the title of artist, he always puts in the perfect amount of sauce, meat and cheese. It's just very unfortunate that 2am subway is about 50% more likely to give you diarrhea the next day.Yes I am writing this from the toilet.
