I ordered Footlong Nachos through the Subway app, but after placing the order and completing the payment, I was told the item wasn’t available. Instead of refunding the amount or offering a proper alternative, the staff simply refused to return the transaction. I was forced to buy something else and had to pay extra—completely unfair for a mistake that wasn’t mine.
It’s frustrating that the app allows unavailable items to be ordered, and even more disappointing that there’s no clear refund policy in such cases. This kind of service seriously affects trust in both the brand and the app experience.
Subway really needs to improve inventory accuracy on the app and ensure better customer support when things go wrong.

I tried to go to the washroom at 9:50 and the washroom was closed I thought you need to have a running washroom at a sit down restaurant this isn't the first time is the restaurant too cheap to fix the bathroom issue? Someone should call the health department.

Alright so boom, I there seen and I g the rip a man is buying three sandwiches like people don’t have places to be but okay.
I ask shorty to make me one of those new snackwhich things and she’s looking at me crazy, I had to point to the picture and show her, okay so cool.
She gets the bread and I guess it’s frozen or whatever so she puts it in the microwave and I guess cooks it for to long, at this point I didn’t know they. Then she asks me if I wanted it toasted and I said yes please, and I guess the frozen bread, microwave to toaster combo was a bit to much for the small little bread to handle.
I finally get this thing after being hungry all day and bite into it and no word of a lie it is like eating convection oven warmed stale crust. Like this thing is TUFF, but I was so hungry that I had to just eat it cause I already stood in line for 15 minutes to get this thing.
Sandwich and store get a 1 start still although I’m sure home girl really tried and she was great, but the sandwich outcome has tainted my subway appetite outside of my regular.

On my lovely lunch break I was enjoying my time with my friends while I felt the urge to use the bathroom, as I was on my way to the bathroom, the lady working rudely told me "the bathroom is closed, can't you see that." I find the last bit of that sentence was highly unnecessary and hurt my feelings. I'd like for this working to understand the hurt she caused towards me and re-think the way she speaks to others.

They cheap out on toppings and even when you ask for the sub to be extra toasted it still comes soft and floppy, actually on that note I had the guy grill press my sub and the incompetent so called sandwich artist pressed it with the paper still under it resulting in the sandwich ripping apart on the paper. Workers literally pissing on the chain, the food is better quality than Mr sub but the end product is worse ???

Food is okay, they cheap out on meats. It is way over priced, and customer service sucks. Wouldn't allow me, who can't eat pork, switch pork to turkey or any other meat. Not cool. The guy was very rude about it as well. Never left a review before but felt the need because of this workers ignorance and rude behaviour

Unbelievably rude service. In fact, I was so shocked at how rudely I was treated that I left without making a purchase. I won't be back and I recommend that you avoid this location.

Ridiculous …. Didn’t get any topping I ordered… lettuce was missing and replaced with lays…. Overfilled stuffing with black olives and crispy onions.

Training is really required for the staff when they are working in customer service . Veggies don’t look fresh at all. Grill and pop machine not working.

When we walked in our server was on the phone via his AirPods which he didn’t take out when he started serving us yet kept making mistakes on our order and asking us to repeat ourselves because he couldn’t hear us. There was also only white bread available. We also noticed that there were a bunch of fruit flies in the cookie display case and the fountain pop machine was out of order.
Definitely worth driving 2 minutes further to the subway in the cundles plaza by Zehrs. Never had a bad experience there.

Half toppings as normal. Asks for the whole order then forgets after the first 2 things and asks again. Was empty and worker was cleaning when I arrived. Had to stock 3 different items while making the order. And not a very friendly worker. Will be going elsewhere from now on
