Need to train their staff. The person working there was touching the meat and moved on to touching the veggies and cheese with the same gloves. This is their level of customer service.

Absolutely Not the fault of the staff. 100% management it's obvious that Management has been only putting one person on to cut costs. Friday at 6pm there should be at least 2 employees. Instead the cheap management in charge will put 1 person on. I feel horrible for the staff and as a customer ordering takes forever and is understandably rushed, without more staff to support a dinner rush. Not a one time experience either this seems to be a trend that should be stopped immediately. I will not return to this particular location not when other owned locations run smoother, and staff not run ragged

I had a terrible experience over there. I went in to get three footlong and I told them to cut it after everything in to two part. The staff over there cut it before and put them in to 6 individual pieces. I paid the amount, I didn't usually check the total price. After the payment I was shocked, they charged me for 6inc separately and I told the staff you made it wrong way. They told me either you can contact customer care they can't do nothing at all. The staff was very rude and never had such a terrible experience with subway. I won't prefer to go this store anytime. The service is very poor, staffs are rude and they don't treat you like a customer.

More of a busy subway location, they will actually toast your sub unlike many other ones, definitely worth the extra minute or two drive

Don’t come here if you are celiac looking for a gluten free bun. I don’t know if this is new for subway or just this location but gluten free buns were $2.50 each (always been $1 each). Subways already a bit expensive as is but $5 more for a gluten free foot long is highway robbery. I never leave reviews, had to for this. Extremely disappointed.

We ordered takeout. I had a salad that had NO lettuce. Some spinach and a cup of dressing. it was almost soup. I couldn't finish eating it. My friend ordered a sandwich no mayo, mustard and pickles. It had double mayo and no mustard or pickles. Not sure if they read the online order?? Won't go there again!

Made the order via app to avoid waiting time. When I went to pick the order it was not ready and the guy kept serving the walk in customers and made me to wait until everyone’s done.

We went in tonight around six , there was no one in the store at all , we waited for 5 minutes and the guy who was working came into the store , he was very disrespectful and rude the whole time serving us. I will never come back to this subway again . Maybe hire people that will have actually coustmer service.

The girl was too rude. We choose veggie sandwich and she made a cut with a knife which she used it on meat sandwich, after telling her nor she made a new one nor she apologise. She was arguing that now a days people who eat meat they sometimes eat veggie so thats why i didnt change my knife. Horrible staff not following standards.

There are a bunch of subways around this area and we’ve decided we’ll just go to one of those. Multiple times in a row now what I order ahead of time is prepared incorrectly. When I notice and ask them to fix, I am always met with an annoyed look and attitude, simply asking for my order to be made correctly or completely. My family has gotten kind of tired of being treated like that.

First staff ignored the special notes I added to the mobile order, then she added the wrong sauce to the sandwich, then found mould on the bread and had to start all over again. After already being 10 minutes later than the app said the sandwich should be ready. On top of that when I asked for a cup of water, I was told they were out of courtesy cups and couldn't give me anything else to drink from.

Parking: Terrible parking near the store, as employees usually take all the parking spots, park in the main lot and walk.

The staff are incapable of listening. Worst subway customer service in Barrie. Definitely wouldn’t return. All three subs were completely incorrect even after explaining multiple times. We ended up walking away with nothing close to what we had asked for just to get out of there and everyone fed.
