Went upon the store opening hours, floor and carpet filthy and discusting.
Area around drinks napkins etc filthy. Looks like old toppings.
Clearly they do not have a closing or opening cleaning routine. Looks like its been a long time since eating area was cleaned.
Will not return.

Really rude girl at counter. She would basically throw the ingredients onto the sub, and put the wrong ones as well ( even when I clearly stated what I wanted )
She talked in an exasperated tone and was generally rude. When we went to pay she literally threw the sub down on the counter and walked away.
The restaurant itself was really poorly maintained and unsanitary. There was old wrappers and crumbs all over the tables ( every single one ) and mysterious stain's all over the floor. Would not recommend coming here, plenty of other food places just steps away that are much better.

The worst customer service that I’ve experienced in a long time. Clearly doesn’t care about her job. So bad that I’m concerned about food safety. And the bun was stale. I used to go here all the time. Not any more. Gross

Very bad customer service..waiting in the line for almost 10-15 minutes and when reached at the point they said they were out of their new arrivals(rings). Very disappointed..I was so excited to try a new thingy.

Very baddest experience I don’t even want to give any star to this store I placed order online they send me wrong subs after that I called in the store they just hang up my call very irresponsible staff very rude girl who talked to me owner should have to take care about the store staff

Can’t give this one start but I had to keep the review, every one should know how event full their charges are, to loot customers, I have ordered salad bowl which is cost of $8 and some change asked for rice which is extra $2 charge and I understand as they don’t have option to order rice bowl without meat and I did not want the meat,but then their employe ‘ASH’ charge me rice by scoop so as per her 2 scoop of rice now costing me $4, that also without asking me that how many scoop I want, Irony is if I order directly rice bowl with chicken which is by default comes with 3 scoop of rice is costing me $12.29 but because I ordered salad and extra rice for 2 scoop of rice costing me $12.59 without any meat and less rice, when I told the lady the other day another employee charged me $10.59, she is giving me threatening to call 911 and asking what do you want a rice bowl for $10, if with meat the charge is $12 without meat $14 how the math works in store and how the management work where 2 different employees charges me different for the same thing, I can’t not forget the attitude and rudeness of employee not going in this store ever. Too bad energy that I did not feel right eating what I ordered.

Ordered off UberEats spent 40$ for 2 subs, 2 drinks,

Drinks were wrong.
No bacon was added to the order
Both subs were toasted.

How does a company mess up all the time like this? The reviews alone tell me everything I need to know now.

some sort of disease affecting these people’s brains? they dont know how to update their menu to remove a discontinued item or? if they can’t even operate a digital menu, don’t trust them to safely prepare food. disgusting members of society.

Ordered 2 foot longs and both of them had buns that were hard as a rock. We couldn't even eat them, they were thrown out in the garbage. Wasted over $40. Never again will I eat subway.

Went to the restaurant and ordered a sidekick for my little one. Brought it home and had to throw out. The bun was so stale-the girl just warmed up in microwave, so not toasted. The bun was so hard that I had a hard time even breaking it with my hand let alone if I hadn't noticed and gave it to my child- she 100% would have broken a tooth.
I tried reaching out to subway with no response.

Ordered a scheduled online pickup, and when i arrived at the store, was stated they dont have it.
The app said order is ready for pickup.
The store should not accept orders if out of stock. I lost my available points+ coupons+ time+ effort. They had no empathy nor any idea how to resolve the issue. Got the cash back instead of original method of payment. Which was a lesser amount as well. Very poor store experience !!!!!! Be careful when ordering anything here. Seems AI or robots would work better instead of humans

What ya Do

Employee could hardly speak any English, set up my order separately instead of a combo so I paid more, when questioned after I realized he lied to my face and said I told him that is how I wanted it, and refused to do anything to make up for it. It became evident me saying “yes” over and over when he asked me if I wanted a combo was not enough to communicate.
