From the cake design to pick up! The design of the cake was amazing. Im so glad I went with them. The baker herself called to talk about what I wanted, and she delivered. I love the moisture of the cake. moist and fluffy. I went with the standard filling and standard vanilla cake. The flavor was a bit too vanilla for me, BUT- all other family members praised the flavor and taste.
We also got 12 cupcakes 🧁- also amazing. We ordered 2 different flavors! Moist and super tasty! Loved those ones.
I'd suggest this bakery to anyone. Good, reasonable pricing.
They did have a fill-in baker for my cake as the original baker is on Matt Leave.
They definitely made my daughters birthday very special 💕

I ordered last minute gender reveal cupcakes, i confirmed that they will be able to do this for me as it was only a couple hours i called them in advance and she assured me she would be able to. They were not, they gave me plain, stale vanilla cupcakes that had no blue filling and completely ruined my gender reveal surprise. I have been trying to contact them since Friday but they wont pick up my calls or try to resolve this. disgusting service and I would never recommend them again

Sugar City came through last minute with two dozen delicious cupcakes for a 3rd birthday party. It was a last minute phone call the day before, and Sugar City staff were so accommodating and made suggestions based on my needs. The cupcakes turned out wonderful with the colours on theme and taste on point. Best part, I was able to pick them up only 2 hrs after our phone call. Wonderful service with a smile! They made me the perfect little gender reveal cake - very accommodating and reasonably priced. Dropped the envelope off with the gender when they opened and picked the cake up at the end of the day (she even stayed late because I was running late). I can not thank you enough for making gender reveal so special!
