The lady who was serving this morning was incredible! It was only her serving tables in the early morning. She was getting pretty busy. Every table had their orders taken promptly, she was pleasant with everyone, and the food was getting out in a timely manner. Her name is Michelle. She is the epitome of what customer service should be.

This morning, we visited this establishment for breakfast and were underwhelmed by the experience. Despite the moderate crowd, the staff took an inordinate amount of time to assist us and failed to provide children's menus, necessitating an additional request and delay. Furthermore, the food quality was subpar, with the potatoes and fries being particularly disappointing, prompting us to leave and seek alternative dining arrangements. After the change in ownership a few years ago, quality has gone downhill significantly. Service is now slow and the food mediocre. It's too bad - it was a great place for breakfast.
