The worst meal we have had at this location. Chicken was not hot not even close the bun was hard as a rock. Not the first time this location has failed in there meals. I think i will make more meals at home instead of this garbage. So they give us a slice of pie as compensation.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food at this location has declined quite a bit. The service was good, as the servers were friendly and attentive. However, during this visit, the food was very unsatisfactory. The only way I can describe it was everything we ordered was quite bland, mushy with an unusual taste, and overall, the cleanliness of the restaurant was questionable, with a noticeable musty odor. Additionally, during our visit, we needed to use the washroom, and the hallway leading to it had a strong smell of cat litter. The bathroom itself was much worse; I believe the spray air freshener contributed to the unpleasant odor. Based on this experience, I would personally would not recommend it.

My husband, kids and I stopped at Swiss Chalet on Barrie View Drive on the way to our cottage last week. It is always our go-to! Reliable food, kind servers, clean space. This time, we splurged for the new cheesecake that our server, Shannon recommended for desert. Needless to say, we will be back on our way home next week as the girls haven’t stopped talking about the cheesecake. Thank you Swiss Chalet for helping us break up our drive and for giving me a night off cooking!

My family and I had a fantastic dinner at Swiss Chalet on Friday evening. Our server, Shannon, was very kind and attentive. She recommended we try the spring rolls which were a great appetizer.
