We had such a lovely dinner experience here! From the moment we walked in, the staff were so nice. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, but what really stood out was how kind and thoughtful they were toward our daughter. They went out of their way to make her feel special, talking with her and just showing genuine care. It’s rare to find a place where the hospitality feels this heartfelt. The food was delicous too, but it’s the warmth and kindness we’ll remember most. We’ll definitely be coming back!

My husband and I took our three young children to this Swiss Chalet for dinner. The service was quick, the food was so good and the staff were very accommodating. Taking 3 kids under 5 years of age out to a restaurant can some times have its challenges but the staff made it an enjoyable experience with quick, kind service and the kids loved picking a small toy at the end of the meal.

Our family had the best experience at Swiss Chalet our server Shannon was very pleasant quick and efficient with our order. The food is always delicious. We will definitely be returning.
Parking: Lots of parking for vehicles
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant has wheelchair accessible doors and room in restaurant for wheelchair
We ate here tonight and we're served by Ranveer, who was excellent with kids!! He was super attentative, refilling our drinks and checking in on our meal, which was great ! We've gone to this location for years off and on its pretty consistent with good service, hot food and great portions. We will definitely return as this location always is a good experience for a night out that doesn't break the bank and the kids enjoy thier new changes to the kids menu.
Kid-friendliness: Great location for families and children. The kids get to colour and the menu offers lots of choices.
