Always stop here on my trip from US. Got takeout. My potato was over cooked. Probably yesterday's leftover warmed up. Something I would have sent back if I was eating in.

The information that is provided by google states that the closing time is 10pm on Friday which when I arrived at 9:04pm I was informed that the restaurant was closed only after standing in the reception area for 10 minutes while other patrons were eating and employees were moving around the establishment . Please change your hours of operation thanks.

Came in for the roast beef special for lunch. We were informed that they have don’t have any beef, even though it’s their monthly special. Poor showing on their part.

Salty nursing home experience. Same seating, cutlery decor but with a greasy floor. The drinks tap is in the wall. ** ** management responded with a request for me to fill out a form and with a reference number. I'm not looking for anything and will go back just sharing my observations. But i suppose the response is consistently on-brand with my description above. And as I'm typing this I'm thinking about the dinner special and I'm going to lift my food ranking to 4 stars from 3 and my service from 3 to 4 because they did swap out my tepid meal for a hot one with a smile.

Had a hospital Emergency Saturday. After it was resolved, we called Swiss and placed our order. We Had to wait 30 Minutes after the 6:45 ready time as printed. THE FRIES WERE RAW, HARDLY WARM, FLACID AND DISGUSTING. After they we had, we just wanted a nice meal with family and go home. WE BASICALLY HAD TO COOK OUR OWN FRYS!!
Then they generously offered a $10 as a "sorry for bad service' When I told them that was unacceptable, they told me to call to work something out.

We were there last night for dinner. 3 of us had the Festive dinner. 2 of us ordered the perogies plus one Caesar salad and one Chicken broccoli and cheddar cheese soup. We were absolutely satisfied with our meals.

I was disappointed, as I went there for the beef that they used to advertise, only to find out that they did not have beef that day? So I ordered the quarter dinner special for two only to find out that you could not get the discounted special unless you ordered two drinks. The food was possible the chicken was small, I walked away disappointed.
