This is the second time in less than 4 months that I have had an issue with this location, but I will be focusing my review on today's experience, as the other has been resolved.When someone in the family is sick, our go-to is Swiss Chalet soup (no matter how upset I am with the restaurant), but since soup doesn't fill up everyone, I had to order for everyone because I'm not driving just for soup.While the wait was its usual 15-minutes, I was optimistic. I got my order quickly after arriving and everything was great - until I got home and unpacked it. Everyone knows Swiss Chalet is known for their delicious sauce, but unfortunately, I didn't receive mine in my order (I ordered a family pack). I called the store at 6:18pm and spoke with Brandon (manager) who said he'd put a rush on delivering the sauce as I live close enough (but I wasn't leaving a sick kiddo again to pick it up). The kicker: I have to wait for the delivery driver to complete his delivery, go back to the store, then come deliver the sauce (which the manager said would be just a couple of minutes). In the mean time, I've got a hungry family who had to eat their cold, cold fries and their chicken without sauce because we just couldn't wait; we got creative.I received my sauce at 6:41 and the delivery guy was pleasant and smiling. I very much appreciate him.Granted, I should have checked the bag, especially since my last bad experience with this location isn't that long ago. But, I gave them benefit of the doubt.It's insulting they even have an "add tip" option when I'm placing my own order and picking it up because I'd be tipping them to mess up my order essentially. I understand mistakes happen, but because it's a back-to-back bad experience with the same location, I'm pretty bitter. If it wasn't for their soup that seems to have magical powers when one is sick, I wouldn't be returning at all.I hope this review and my last interaction with this restaurant can help make changes within the restaurant and inform guests of the type of errors made, then I've used the tools correctly.
Very disappointing birthday lunch for my grandson. Our order took an hour to arrive at our table and wasn't hot, although the reason was because it was so busy. The server was kind enough to apologize but that didn't fix the experience.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals came efficiently

Our meal was delivered ahead of time, which was nice, the food was delicious, my son enjoys the chicken from Swiss Chalet as his number 1 place to eat. We found a two to dine deal. I used the Swiss Chalet App for the first time, it was as user friendly as any good app should be. I was very impressed with the delivery driver as well. He followed the delivery instructions to a T. His courtesies were terrific ? ? I will definitely be ordering from Swiss Chalet again and using the new app of course.

The chicken and fries were very good, well cooked, and the tea was nice and hot. The service was excellent and the place was very clean.
I hope I got the name right I believe Kelly was our waitress. She's a joy! Really lovely. We had the limited time offer of fidh and loved it...really tasty! Will recommend the popcorn shrimp as a great shareable appetizers as well.

I went with my wife for lunch today and we had a great time with exceptional service and great food. Our waitress Linda was very professional and very friendly and kind. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and give us an exceptional service.
Ordered Swiss Chalet through Uber the only thing edible out of the whole $80.00 was a hot chicken sandwich and the mashed potatoes.I did contact the restaurant and they said they could not do anything about it as it was a 3rd party Uber that delivered it and Uber did not honour this either!

I found a clump of hair and something else in my delivery order. I wish I could share the picture. It is so disgusting. 1 day later and I am still feeling sick to my stomach. I will give the management team recognition on their quick response. The on duty manager was a little defensive and did not take responsibility. The area manager did take responsibility and will investigate. It will be a long time before I will be able to eat Swiss Chalet again

We had Trudy as a waitress who has been with the company for over 40 years! She said the customers bring her joy and this was obvious with her exchanges with us. Highly recommend her and this location.
Linda is amazing!! She is so friendly and helpful and even sang me happy birthday when I told her I was celebrating. She is such a sweet lady and deserves the world. She made the whole evening amazing. Also, the Valentine's decor throughout the restaurant was super cute. The food was also very good. Very nice restaurant.
