Sofia was great. The service and experience was awesome.
Hosted a 60th birthday/retirement celebration brunch at Symposium. From planning to the day of the event, everyone was very helpful and accommodating and it was the perfect place to celebrate. All of the food was delicious and Yesha & Stephanie were wonderful to have serving our party.
First time visit to the Symposium in Barrie. My friend and I were so impressed with Tracey, our server and the meal. We ordered the Teryaki chicken bowl and the BBQ chicken cobb salad. Delicious. Cannot wait for the summer weather to finally start to we can come back to enjoy the patio.
Sofiia was our waitress! She was friendly and awesome!! Would recommend this place.
Stephanie was our server and she was super friendly and attentive. Food came out quick and was delicious. Will be back to try something else.

Came with my mother and girlfriend and were served by Jaden C and his service was spectacular, very attentive and efficient and overall 10/10. His recommendations of the double cheddar burger I believe it was called was a great one based on what I described to him and the truffle fries are always worth the up charge. Everyone else's meals were fantastic as well!
First time and it was a great experience. Food was good and service was even better.
Stephanie made the experience that much better with her bubbly personality and just the right amount of time at the table.

We were meeting some friends we hadn’t seen for a long time and the staff allowed us plenty of time, lots of coffee and we’re so congenial we will return. Thank you so much. McKenzie was a wonderful server.
