We ordered the beef crunch wrap with fries supreme and nachos supreme. There wasn't much meat on any of the food. The crunch wraps were stale. Very disappointing. Won't be returning this location

So sick of the attitude that's given in the intercom every time I ask for hot sauce. I get cut off and hear "Yeah we will give at the window" Which they NEVER do. How hard is it to let your customer finish talking, and actually do what they ask? So sick of this work force, if you can't understand english then DO NOT RUN THE DRIVE THRU!

My partner and I decided for first time to order on line through Uber eats. I ordered 2 hard taco supreme with fry supreme combo. I didn't get 2 I got one which meant my partner got 5 regular tacos and I got 1. Fry supreme didn't have sour cream on top, which makes it complete. My drink was wrong as well. Not drivers fault. Whoever made this order, didn't pay attention. Very disappointing when I did this first time and really craved it. Last time I'll be ordering on line. I rarely go here and now I see why when they can't get order right.

I've never been to a worse taco bell ever. Washrooms were disgusting and actually stunk. The person behind the counter had a hard time speaking English. The taco were crushed in the bag. I've never experienced this at any other store. Very disappointing.

Ive ordered probably close to 10 times, on skip and uber eats. literally EVERY single time they are missing items or miss them. it is incredible the lack of management that works there, they are clearly not doing their job....
Cold tacos overflowing with lettuce and pretty much nothing else. Order is missing fries and other items on a fairly regular basis. Avoid!

This has to be the slowest Taco Bell location. We placed an online order for pick up for three meals that were supposed to be ready at 12:07pm. We arrived and there were two people in the entire restaurant and it took 45 minutes to complete. While we were standing and waiting for the order they filled four walk in orders. No reason as to why it took so long, they had no idea. We called head office to complain and they refunded the order. Seriously ridiculous.

Ordered the grilled cheesy burrito combo, it was $17.84. The burrito was flat, rice was hard and it lacked sauce. I ordered creamy jalepeno sauce on the side for an extra $1.00, they didn’t have it so they threw chipotle in the bag.
I ordered this same thing at the Whitby location and it was so good but this one was disappointing.

I ordered on Uber eats and the food and ice tea tasted great. The problem is the restaurant forgot the mild sauce I ordered, a fork for the fries supreme, a straw for my drink and there were no napkins
