WORST SERVICE EVER! There garbage speaker wasn’t working they had a line all the way to the road then when people started pulling up to the window had the nerve to tell people to pull around again and get it the line! I asked to speak to a manager she said the same thing! No proper training that manager is rude and ignorant and needs to be fired smirking in my face as she tells me to pull around again! Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! This happened on Nov 29th whoever is the manager at that location needs to be fired.

I usually love Taco Bell but this visit was horrible! I ordered two double beef tacos and the weren’t double beef. I went back in to get the order fixed, and they did. However, these were the soggiest tacos I’ve ever had. (Keep in mind I order this regularly and they are never soggy) very disappointing. I will have to only visit my Orillia location from now, because they respect the taco! 🌮

AVOID EVEN IF IT MEANS YOU MIGHT MOVE TO THE NEXT WORLD DUE TO HUNGER: For 11 dollars, I got the cantina chicken bowl which comes with a mouthful of rice and extremely questionable chicken. Shop is dirty with sticky floors all over

I am really disappointed by the service this restaurant provides to their customers. I feel sorry for the people waiting in line to order and no one is at the counter to attend. but when you see at the back there are four employees talking to each other and when they come to attend a customer their tone is like they are doing a favour by serving them. I would really appreciate if management looks into it.
I’ll never go back. The soft tacos are cold. She messed up my order. One person running the whole show is horrible. I spent 15 min waiting in the drive thru. Fried supreme looked like it thrown around and hit with a baseball bat before got it. And when you yell yo the back in Indian is totally disrespectful.

This is probably my least favourite Taco Bell around here. They always mess up or forget something in my order every time. Once, I ordered a fries supreme- didn't get a fork or any napkins. Recently, I ordered the new crispy chicken taco as I've become a fan, when I got the order, I received a grilled chicken taco? I didn't even know they served grilled chicken. It was cold, stiff, and looked inedible. When I went back, they remade the chicken taco but never apologized. I truly do find Taco Bell's tacos good, but the service and quality here is always terrible, from stale shells to forgotten condiments.

It’s Saturday night and the drive thru sign is lit up, the hours on the window say the store is open until 1am, and at 12:20am the employee is cleaning up inside and ignoring us in the drive thru.
Staff very rough very very rough every time talking very very rough this is not good

Waited in front lobby for over 5 minutes before anyone showed up at the front counter. Then proceeded to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food to be ready.

I asked for a Pepsi Zero, and in front of me the girl poured diet and tried to hand it to me. I told her I didn’t like diet which is why I ordered zero. She told me they were out so I asked for a refund. She then closed the window, then opened it saying they had more in the back.
Diet drinks and Zero drinks are not interchangeable for a lot of people. Don’t assume your customers would be okay with it without asking first!!

Every single time you come they leave half your order out of the bag when using the drive thru. Starting to think it’s being done on purpose to make higher profits and rob the locals that support their business.. when you call to rectify the issue they will never answer. The one time they did answer they said they would write a credit in a book and I could redeem it next visit… next visit came and nothing in the book and was not honoured. There should be a way to have a business like this corrected for failing to provide at least acceptable service and prevent them from robbing customers
Save your time drive to the south end!
