Ordered multiple times from this location - pre order and pay on the app, each time we arrive they have no idea about the order and spend 5-10 minutes just to locate it and then place it on their internal system…. Waiting an additional 20 minutes past the time they say it’ll be ready minimum is crazy…
For a company of this size to not have their online ordering integrated into their KDS after being renovated is…….. ya.
Takes less Time to order and drive to the other location in town…

Ordered Veggie Box and gave me Meat in the Taco. Not how more clear it could be when the order itself is Veggie Box, how can they even put meat in it. Learnt my lesson, always open your wraps to make sure whats inside it.

Every time I’ve been to this location they get my order wrong. I just went tonight, they got my order wrong. I told them it was wrong. They acted like jerks when I asked them to remake it. Then when I got home it was still the wrong order and it was sloppily made. The staff is incapable of following simple instructions.

Original visit a couole weeks ago
I ordered a Deluxe box and paid for the upgrade to the Nachos Supreme. My wife ordered the same. We both got fries supreme. Order accuracy 0 for 3.
Today, I went again same order, except I didnt upgrade mine this time, but my wife did the upgrade to Nachos Supreme. I said to the order taker, to please make sure it is Nachos Supreme she said yes . I got to the window and said this is Nachos supreme right. She assured me that it was the Nachos Supreme and not the fries supreme again she said yes, she was sure.
Everything was piled on of the box used for fries/nachos supreme, I counted to make sure there was enough wraps etc. I didnt pen the box but I should have, because again Taco Bell got it wrong.
So do not go here they can not seem to get anything right - EVER!

Don't come to location. Worst taco bell location in Ontario. Firstly I was here at 11.30 in the morning. No other customers were there in the restaurant. Apparently the guy who was supposed to make my order was sitting in the chair doing something. After 6-7 minutes guy stood up and made my order like he's doing some favor to me. I thought may be they are late so I might get fresh food. Ironically I recieved stale food. Chalupa was stale and hard as sea shell. No taste what so ever. The meal was cold I don't know still they somehow took 15 minutes to make my one and only order. Horrible experience. Soda was good and chill as their food. I enjoyed my soda for whole meals prices.... drive further to different taco bell or if you are hungry enough to take the challenge like me.

The location on Bayfield is wayyy better. Chili Cheese burrito is my go-to every time I go to Taco Bell. The one from here tasted very bland or like it was going bad. Loaded fries pocket was dry and also tasted old/bland. I am bewildered at the food I received.
Ordered 2 deluxe boxes for myself and my dad. All the items were put in a small bag which then ended up all over the floor and was given attitude when asking for a replacement. Which was the same food that fell on the floor in 2 bags.
My dad's friend ordered soft tacos and was given hard then met with attitude again for asking for different.
The buttons for the doors to open for people with disabilities, which my dad's friend has a broken arm and no leg. He couldn't get out without us holding the door and helping him out

Arrived at 730 to find the door locked with customers inside and Drive-Thru open waited a minute as a car was waiting for pick up employee came out we ask if they knew the door was locked she said yes they locked the door and that they were to busy and didn't have enough staff so they locked the door? okay!!! that's a first!

If I could give 0 stars I would ordered on the app ahead of time. When I went through the drive through they tried to get me to pay for the food again. Then was told to pull to the front “the food will be ready in 2 minutes” 30 minutes later I went inside and the food was just sitting on the counter
