Ordered 2 deluxe boxes for myself and my dad. All the items were put in a small bag which then ended up all over the floor and was given attitude when asking for a replacement. Which was the same food that fell on the floor in 2 bags.
My dad's friend ordered soft tacos and was given hard then met with attitude again for asking for different.
The buttons for the doors to open for people with disabilities, which my dad's friend has a broken arm and no leg. He couldn't get out without us holding the door and helping him out

Arrived at 730 to find the door locked with customers inside and Drive-Thru open waited a minute as a car was waiting for pick up employee came out we ask if they knew the door was locked she said yes they locked the door and that they were to busy and didn't have enough staff so they locked the door? okay!!! that's a first!

If I could give 0 stars I would ordered on the app ahead of time. When I went through the drive through they tried to get me to pay for the food again. Then was told to pull to the front “the food will be ready in 2 minutes” 30 minutes later I went inside and the food was just sitting on the counter

I was in this restaurant well over a year ago and had to leave due to the overwhelming smell of sewage coming from the back of the restaurant. I was told they were having some sort of issue that they were working on getting fixed immediately. I had to go inside again last week to use the washroom, and the smell has gotten worse. I would never even considering going through the drive through nevermind dining inside, the smell is too bad to even use the washroom inside let alone eat in there. I would absolutely not trust anything that comes from their kitchen it was horrendous.

I ordered the limited time triple double crunch wrap and paid extra fee for extra meat. the quailty was extremely poor and I had a tablespoon of meat potion on both layers. Didn't even know a portion spoon came that small. Taco bell quailty is negative stars. I am not sure why I could not add the pic to show you how bad it truly was.

Poor customer service from manager( DIKSHA) of this location. She was super rude while taking the order at the counter. She had very very bad attitude and was not interested to serve any customer. We left the store without ordering and would not visit here ever again. Not recommended this location.

You guys cancelled my order and didn’t give me my money back when I paid $67.02. Disgusting behaviour. How dare you rip people off in this economy. I have been going to Taco Bell for years with my family. I will NEVER ever again walk into any store you own. I will be sharing this on social media since I can’t get my money back. I’m so disappointed in your service. Your website doesn’t even work properly.

Taco bell is a personal guilty pleasure. Love the food and you get more food for your money than most restaurants. Their nacho cheese is also fantastic and will always recommend it over the other sides.
Save your money don't go here. Terrible food standards..meat sitting out all dry..shells stale. Everytime your order is wrong and missing what you paid for.
