Sat at the window for over ten minutes and no response from the employees at the drive through, then sat at the window for a couple of minutes and saw no employees the hours of operations say their open and the website says open so we drove away and then the car behind us was served extremely disappointed and wasn’t even served

Extremely understaffed and poorly trained. Waiting 46 minutes for a 2 beef taco supreme combo!

I picked up through Uber Eats, it is a 20 minute drive from my work, showed 1 guy my order and then 2 of them looked at the screen and said it still would be a few minutes, after 20 minutes a gentleman beside me asked the worker how long his food would be as he was an Uber Eats driver that had been waiting for 15 minutes, the worker looked at the man the entire time he was speaking (even looked at the man’s phone) and then proceeded to ignore him and walk away. The man was so polite about it.

There was about 30 people waiting for their food the entire time I was there, 4 of those got there meal and I watched their order be taken. Absolutely unbelievable I will not be coming back.

Ordered 10 soft tacos and the bag they all came in weighed less than a donut....Give the people some toppings I think the napkins weighed more than the tacos in my bag.

Worst experience ever!!! Staff at the drive thru window rushed us to order and didn't even get our order correct. We ordered 2 snack size popcorn chicken, 1 crunch wrap and 1 large fried with a side of cheese and water bottle. We received 1 crunch wrap, 2 small fries and a side of cheese with a water bottle and we didn't even get our receipt and it cost us $24. The worst customer service!

I can confirm other bad reviews that mentioned lack of meat in their tacos/burritos. WORST Tacobell I've ever been to! We even complained about or crunch wrap and chili cheese burrito not having enough meat in it and the Manager said that's how much meat they put in their burritos (basically little to no meat)! Bad service, bad Management and terrible quality of food. I will be happy to drive the extra 15 minutes to the next Tacobell.

Currently sitting in the drive thru. Been here for almost 20 minutes in the same spot, haven’t even placed my order. Bruuuttalllll. Can’t even get out of it once you’re in it. People waiting inside is even worse

Service was slow at best, absent most of the time. The dining room was full of garbage, there were not any clean tables to sit at. It was at 1:30pm and the location was not busy with customers. The food was mediocre, almost no meat in the tacos and the fries tasted old. Definitely would not recommend this location to anyone.

From reading the other reviews now I see this is an on going issue with this location. Ordered $100 in food through uber eats. Was missing a fry supreme & chalupa my daughters ordered 2 tacos with bean ( vegetarian) got beef. All tacos had maybe a table spoon of meat if that….. didn’t even go length across of tacos. The cheese for nachos might have had a tablespoon in it not even 1/4 full. Dorito locos tasted stale. Went through uber eats got $35 back for missing items but after I processed that we than notice the stuff we got was also made wrong all toppings my daughters ordered asked to be removed from her bowl was in it . Worst money ever spent ! Save yourself the hassle

This is the worst Taco Bell ever. Their drive thru is never working and hasn’t been for the past few months and every time the workers have argued with us. I asked for extra nacho cheese and they didn’t even fill the cup (that comes with the nacho fries) half way. My quesadilla doesn’t have anything in it. The worker also forgot to give customers who purchased a drink their cup and gave attitude back when they got their cup. Every single time I come here it is always the worst experience. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I love Taco Bell but this is the worst location I've ordered from by far. The quality of the food is terrible. Very, very low quality when compared to other taco bells I've eaten at. My Crunchwrap had almost no meat inside. Hopefully they understand that cutting corners with quality and quantity do not benefit your business but quite the opposite.

Got 2 Nachos fries supreme from them and you can see how much quantity they are giving in the picture i submitted . I can’t believe they can go that much below the belt to save food cost. Shame on you Taco bell. They want us to pay extra for everything but you guys can’t even give us right quantity what we paid for.

Terrible. Me and mother ordered the crunch wrap and nacho fries having high expectations as taco bell is usually a good and tasteful choice of fast food. This was much worse than what we had thought. There was no meat, the crunch was stale, and it overall lacked the wow factor of flavors that you would normally expect. Neither one of us could finish our food, I am very disappointed and do not recommend coming here.
