Order dahi bhalla online this is what i got just Dahi and two bhallas in it. No red chutney no topping of sev or papdi nothing no flavour waste of money this is not what i paid $8 dollars for such a cheap mindset of owner who told employees to make this dish. Even then, our allocated seats were still wet. We were six people, so we had to arrange our seating. After that, we waited 15 minutes for the menu to order. We got water, but no glasses.

From the moment we walked in, things went downhill. The staff seemed uninterested and barely acknowledged us. We had to wait an unusually long time just to place our order. When the food came, it was undercooked, lacked flavor, and didn’t match the menu description. On top of that, the place wasn’t clean — dirty floors and a bad smell near our table. Definitely not worth the money or the time. I won’t be returning.

We waited over 15 minutes for a table and then an additional 10 minutes for a menu, despite asking a waiter who prioritized another table instead. No one comes at the counter for sitting arrangements, then we sit for 10 minutes and told waiter to give manu but he didn’t came and just standing, food was also tasteless one of the worst hospitality that I didn’t seen anywhere and then with tasteless food ruin our trip.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow and unprofessional — we waited over 40 minutes just to get our food, and no one checked in on us during that time. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, bland, and not what we ordered. The hygiene standards were poor too — the table was sticky, and the washroom was dirty. Overall, it was a waste of time and money. Definitely not coming back.

The taste was amazingly good, I went to have buffet dinner with friends and had delicious food specifically Paneer Angara and Vadapav was outstanding. Must visit restaurant in Simcoe region.
Unplanned visit to this place and got surprised with the quality and flavour of food. Staff was so respectful and well presented also impressed with amazing service. Visited m cousin's house in Downtown which is few blocks from this restaurant and he planned for a lunch, we both visited the place and had tight lunch. Such coolest and hassle free fooding journey should be shared, they are good in their work.

We were impressed more with the food quality then the service as felt little slow. We waited for about 20 minutes to get our order. Though the food when served was extremely tasty and cooked in fully home made style with no extra oil in the Pav Bhaji and in Chole Bhature. Gajar Halwa was also looking vibrant red and tasted well. This restaurant is located in a hotel and parking was not a problem at all. There was visible signage and we were informed by restaurant staff of parking regulations. Would score them 95/100 for overall experience, keep it up.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Today around 9:10, we came to your restaurant ordered 2 sabjis, naan, mango lassi and chicken biryani. The mango lassi felt like we were drinking just water. So we asked a girl who was working there and we genuinely asked her very politely that this lassi doesn’t feel like lassi and the she was so rude to us. She made faces while answering and did not answer us nicely. After few minutes she came asking if we want any substitute for that but that too in an arrogant manner. We asked for salt and pepper and she was just talking to the cook but did not give us salt and pepper and we had to wait for that. It is understandable if the restaurant was busy but when we were having our dinner. There was no one else in the restaurant and there was enough staff to serve us. But we were not served nicely by them. The girl was behaving as if we were just eating it for free and she was gonna pay for that. I mean seriously? She needs to work on her customer service skills. We do visit Taj Bistro often but today was the worst customer service that we got from the girl. That was disgusting and soooooo rude.

Why is 5 star the last option given.. Why not 100 stars.. Cant explain in words the experience was more than i can explain , they are certainly the best in the local streets. While giving the orders they have never declined any request of customization. The place is comfortable in everyway and actual destination fvor family dining, such nice decoration and well sered serices, always match the fleming food. So far well impressded with services, food and dining experience.... Perfectly great experience with the food joint.. Would love to visit more often and would never decline giving recommendations..!!
