I ordered Chicken Malai Tikka and found blood in the chicken, which means it was undercooked. After eating a small amount, I vomited. This is a serious food safety issue and completely unacceptable. I did not finish the meal and reported it immediately. Restaurants need to ensure chicken is fully cooked before serving. Very disappointing and unsafe experience.

I just visited Taj Bistro and had an average experience, honestly not more than expected. I haven’t tried much food but still noticed some mistakes.
Firstly, I tried Manchurian Dry, which was too salty because of the vinegar. The Manchurian balls were good, but the gravy didn’t impress me. The Masala Papad was average. Then I had Cheese Butter Masala, which was again salty not sure why, but yes, salty. On the other hand, the Khoya Kaju Sabji was delicious; I really enjoyed it. I would also recommend trying Lachha Paratha once, because I loved it. The Buttermilk was just average.
Honestly, because of an empty stomach 😁, I didn’t click any photos of the themes, but the dine-in vibe is great. The servers were really polite and attentive both of them kept checking if everything was fine, which felt nice. Cleanliness is also well-maintained. I feel with small improvements in taste, the overall experience can become much better.
