I just visited Taj Bistro and had an average experience, honestly not more than expected. I haven’t tried much food but still noticed some mistakes.
Firstly, I tried Manchurian Dry, which was too salty because of the vinegar. The Manchurian balls were good, but the gravy didn’t impress me. The Masala Papad was average. Then I had Cheese Butter Masala, which was again salty not sure why, but yes, salty. On the other hand, the Khoya Kaju Sabji was delicious; I really enjoyed it. I would also recommend trying Lachha Paratha once, because I loved it. The Buttermilk was just average.
Honestly, because of an empty stomach 😁, I didn’t click any photos of the themes, but the dine-in vibe is great. The servers were really polite and attentive both of them kept checking if everything was fine, which felt nice. Cleanliness is also well-maintained. I feel with small improvements in taste, the overall experience can become much better.

They used to be good but now it's just a takeout place. We we there to dine in and the guy came in with a super stained shirt. No lights were on and when we requested to be moved to the other side which is actually nice they said we had to make a reservation even when it was empty. No buffet or such services were happening in that place at the time. We just left the place. Good food but unfortunately only good for takeout now. Service has gone completely downhill. If you want buffet at super odd times like 8 pm on a Sunday night or a buffet from Monday to Thursday from 12 pm to 2 pm complemented by a bad service then you have found your dream place!

Horrible taste… did they use some kinda used thick oil kinda substance to prepare biryani and friend rice!!!! Feels like big health risk, Zero taste…. Please don’t feed this kinda food to your customers.

It was an amazing experience having food from Taj Bistro. Coming from Brampton to have the chicken biriyani, ordered one first and then two more. The food was amazing and customer service was great by Sanidhya. He was such a gentleman and may god bless him.👍🏻

Food presentation was worst and found a big stone in my food. When asked the server, server brought the food to the chef and the chef yelled at the server and was very unprofessional infront of us and other customers. However, made the customer feel so bad and there were flies all over the place.

I have visited Taj Bistro four times, and unfortunately, each visit has been a bad experience. They never allow us to sit where we prefer, and the food quality is consistently disappointing with poor taste. There is clearly a shortage of staff, but the issues here are due to poor management, not the staff themselves. I would not recommend this place and will not be dining here again.

Wrost restaurant ever for 2 curry they charge 50$.. crazy.. i called and he told 18.99$ and then he charge me 25.99 for one curry... not going there anymore

I’ve visited this place quite often(almost 4 years), but this visit was a complete disappointment. Although the buffet was still available, we chose to order à la carte. To our shock, instead of preparing fresh dishes, they served us microwaved items taken from the buffet — old, cold food disguised as freshly made — after a 20-minute wait.
When I raised this with the assistant manager, he responded with a phony smile and claimed the food was fresh, showing me a photo as “proof,” which did nothing to back up his claim.
Guys, if you really want to pull off this trick, at least be smart about it — reheat in pans instead of a microwave, and don’t pour the buffet food into bowls right in front of customers, lol.
