My Family and I, were out on a Sunday. We decided to stop and see if Hind Quarter Meat Co. was open on a whim. To our surprise they were. The staff was amazing answering all our questions, and explaining things. We decided to purchase a couple different things to try. We went home, and indulged, I have to say the quality and freshness of their meat is the best I’ve ever had. I will definitely return and share this gem with my friends

This establishment should be shut down for MANY reasons. For one, the burnt food that was received is a joke… not edible at all. This man couldn’t even pay me to return to eat for free. Chicken was dry, BURNTTTTT (May as well fed us coal). OHHHH, & Not to mention the lack of professionalism!!! Asking me to MOANNNNN while eating this trash food because he wants to think of me “getting wet” from it. Who says such a disgusting thing?! I don’t know what universe this guy thinks he lives in, but he’s lucky I have patience today. Will never return to this establishment and suggest you don’t either unless you want some creepy old man to drool on you.DO NOT SUPPORT THIS FOUL BUSINESS, food is disgusting, so is the man running this pathetic food truck. ?
