Since the new owners took over this location, the hot and spicy chicken I usually order, has absolutely no taste and is not hot and spicy. I have given them a chance 3 times with the same result. Other locations in Brampton and Scarborough (Milner Dr) have been great.When Ali, the previous owner was running the restaurant the food was excellent and very tasty and would ask very specifically how much spice you wanted. It’s a shame because of government lock downs he lost this store. I think the owners should give him a second chance at no fault of his own to restore this location ( DO THE RIGHT THING) but, doing the right thing does not apply these days it seems.Ali was a true and passionate cook and deserves a 2nd chance, I can say this because I got to know him and his family for just a little while, he really cared how the food was prepared and made sure everything was fresh and tasty. it was a thriving restaurant and very busy at lunch time, It was a regular lunch time spot for myself and my crew, but shamefully, not any more with food that has no taste, especially for what you pay. I will never go back to this park place location again until there is new management or better yet with Ali and his family back.

Drove in from 30 minutes out of town to grab a quick bite. Staff was miserable that we arrived 30 minutes before close. We ordered and paid and sat down to wait. They then informed us we could NOT sit down to eat because they were closing in a half an hour and needed to clean the tables. Umm excuse me? That’s what you do after the store closes!!! We will go elsewhere from now on!

Ordered the signature teriyaki chicken dish and it was by far the worst food I’ve ever had. Tasted sour, had 4 pieces of chicken and the rice was soggy. Waste of money. Couldn’t even eat half it was so

First time to this “experience” and it was. Ordered chicken teriyaki. Chicken was tender, veggies crisp but the rice was terrible. Soggy and over cooked. No one finished their meals. I’m hoping this was a one off. Will try them again in a while.

I do not Recommend this place I just picked up food from here. I have been here many times and I've noticed that each time. The portion is getting smaller but the pricing is not changed and it is getting higher The amount of money you pay here you do not get enough food for that I've been to another location And their food portion is way bigger than here I don't know what these guys are doing

Ordered off of ubereats. The sauce we ordered was hot & spicy and it had 0 heat/flavour at all. A bit of sauce drizzled on top and the rest of it just bare. I dont think it was the hot and spicy sauce, seemed like it might be more of a teriyaki sauce but 0 flavour so hard to tell. Ended up throwing it out. What a waste of 40 bucks.

Food was not great at all! Ordered the spicy chicken dish. It was mild not spicy. Portion was very small with minimal chicken. The workers had no personality, as in they didn't even say hello. The atmosphere is blah, one other diner and no music or tv for background noise. Overall an experience I care not to have again. For $17.00 for a quick lunch you'd expect more!
I love coming to this place. Very friendly service and the amount of food for the price is very valuable. Definitely a great place if you’re looking for something healthy, delicious and quick!

Took my kids here when we were shopping and it was unfortunate. The rice was mushy and soaked in soy sauce. The rest of the food seemed to be slopped on top. Had the Signature chicken teriyaki. First time at this specific location and first time eating teriyaki in a few years thanks to Covid. Sauces have changed and have an unpleasant aftertaste to it. Just not the same. Staff was nice, restaurant was not the cleanest though; particularly the bathrooms.
