Farmhouse was a perfect venue for our wedding, the space is beautiful and the coordinator Tara was extremely helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries. We had a cocktail style reception after the ceremony, the food and drinks were excellent, and the staff were all lovely.
We were really happy with how everything turned out and we definitely recommend ordering the late night poutines!

What a nice restaurant. My girlfriends and I visited The Farmhouse Restaurant for an early lunch/brunch and we could not be any happier. The food was delicious and the wait staff were extremely friendly. I'm not from the area but if I'm back again, I'll def pay them a visit .Highly recommend.

5 across the board this place is awesome and one of my favourite places to come when visiting Barrie (it's right by the train station)
Rustic comfort food, warmly lit wood laden dining room and super friendly staff make this one of the best restaurants I've ever visited. And I've been to a few (check my profile).
It is a little pricey (about $25 for a burger with two sides) but the portions are fairly generous and the quality of the food itself is solid.

The food is pricy IMO. We had the mac and cheese, fries, pulled pork grilled cheese and the dill pickle fried chicken. Both the mac and cheese and fried chicken LACKED FLAVOUR.

Lindsey found a spot for us at the bar when we messed up the day for our reservation and was so fun to chat with and she made great recommendations. Food was fantastic too, the pulled pork grilled cheese was the star but everything was delicious. I think we found our new favourite restaurant!

We have gone to eat here multiple times over the years and have always had a great experience. This was the main reason we chose to have our wedding at the farmhouse and could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone was so helpful, efficient, friendly!! The food was amazing as always but it was the wonderful staff who really made our day!
