Smooth process and excellent customer care. Highly recommended!
Security guards were all rude to my group. Was very sexist. Been there before, had a bad experience, thought that was a one off. I guess not. Would not recommend.

I was constantly harassed and inappropriately touched by this guy the whole night and i told one of the bouncers/ security guards at the venue who proceeded to talk to the guy dab him up and then go back to his station. Since we felt really uncomfortable my friends and i decided to leave and the coat check person shouted at us since one of us had memorized the coat check number but didn’t have the physical card we kept trying to explain that my friends medications were in there that she needed and the guy shouted so hard we felt like he would hit us and then he asked a bouncer to kick us out (we were trying to leave anyway we just wanted our friend’s coat)

HORRIBLEEEEEE service insanely horrible we were told to exit the line for holding drink bottles, not even given a second chance or anything. RUDE bouncers soo so so so so rude
The bouncers think they can do ANYTHING like completely rejecting us from even JOINING the line even though we did NOT do anything that violated the fifth policy!!!!! So entitled!!!

We came to this club happily yesterday to celebrate my friend’s birthday. We were in such a good mood that even though we weren’t on the guest list, we were fine with paying the cover, and it was raining outside too. But then, out of nowhere, the guy in charge of the coat check suddenly yelled at us… It was honestly terrifying.
This is supposed to be a nightclub, right? My friend and I both felt he was extremely rude. We tried to talk to him, but when he didn’t respond, we thought maybe he couldn’t hear us because of the loud music—then he just started shouting at us! It felt like he was about to hit someone the next second. Super aggressive, super disrespectful.
We were two polite girls just trying to speak nicely, and he had zero patience. I’ve also noticed before that one of the Black bouncers there yells at customers too. Some of the staff here treat guests like enemies, unlike in other clubs where the staff actually know how to have fun with people.
Also, we got in around 10 p.m., and the music was honestly unbearable at first. It didn’t get good until around 1 or 2 a.m., which really made me feel like it was such a waste of money.

Got kicked out for “being too drunk” when I was completely sober. When my friends told the bouncer I wasn’t drunk, he suddenly changed his excuse to vaping. Yeah, I vaped — my mistake — but so was everyone else. Instead of giving a warning, this rude middle-aged bouncer with an arrogant, hostile attitude decided to throw only me out and completely ruined my night. I’ve been a loyal customer for 4 years, but after seeing how disrespectful and unprofessional that guy was, I’m never coming back.

Writing this review a week late but just wanted to share some thoughts on this club venue.
My boyfriend and I were out barhopping and we stumbled across a speakeasy a part of the same company that owns The Fifth Social Club. We were able to get in very easily with no issues regarding our attire whatsoever.
We decided to try The Fifth Social Club and were denied entry by the bouncer in the picture below. In his exact words, “you are banned for life”. Not sure why he was so hotheaded right out the gate.
Sine both venues are owned by the same company, we were just confused as to why we were allowed into one and denied at the other. If we’re “banned for life”, management at both locations should be heavily aware of that. It seems like their employees aren’t on the same page and in my opinion it’s really misleading.
I would not recommend this venue for many reasons. If you’re looking for a good time there are many other places around the area. If you want a rough start to your night then by all means. The bouncers all have a superiority complex and in my opinion are a bunch of lousy babies who allow selective entry on unreasonable basis. Also don’t know what kind of education qualifies them to be security, but clearly there’s a true lack of it.
