Lots of Italian options in Barrie these days, but this location isn't one to sleep on.
Prices, portions, and service are all stellar. Every dish we had was classic in presentation and taste. Nothing left on any plate by the time we were through with the meal.
Servers were all extremely friendly, accommodating, and prompt. Couldn't ask for more as a patron.
After we were done we grabbed some desserts from the small grocery front they have on the other side. Lots of awesome authentic Italian desserts and pantry stock options too.
Can't wait to go back and try the pizza and other pasta options.

Came here a few times. Each time I experienced really poor service. There was a few very rude and grumpy women who work there. There's an older gentleman who works there (pretty sure he's the owner or manager) who is very kind and has great customer service. Not sure why the women are so rude though... The food is good including the frozen food section, atmosphere is ok, service is very disappointing.

This place used to be amazing, all hand made fresh. Last time my family ate here last winter I left staying “that was the best sandwich I ever had!” (Sorrento sandwich)The bread was clearly home made and fresh, the pasta was hand made and my wife’s chicken parm sandwich was delicious and tender. I just came back this summer and the quality control has fallen off a cliff. Buns were stale and clearly no homemade any more, the spaghetti seem like out of the box the meatballs were small and dry. My wife’s chicken parm was soggy tasteless and not crispy at all. The sandwiches were literally half the size that they used to be. None of us even finished our food because it was unappealing. It would be one thing If it was a $10 sandwich, but they are charging $18 for a small crappy sandwich, and they have the nerve to charge you extra for mushrooms and peppers and onions. So sad I used to absolutely love this place. I was really looking forward to it, but it’s not even the same place anymore. Go buy some crummy food somewhere else

The service and owner were very nice pleasant and accommodating. I placed a catering order with an 1.5 hour deadline. They accommodated. Upon serving the food there was No Alfredo sauce in the penne pasta. No sign of any white sauce and the pasta was dry.

This is our second time here from Sudbury. The food is the very best, the chef and staff are so friendly and polite and the prices are very reasonable. Love it!

Even though, their menu is very extensive, usually my only choice for pizza in Barrie! As good as I had in Naples. Today we sat down for a quick lunch and had stuffed calamari and pizza longo con burrata.... We ate in silence and cleaned the plates. For those looking for really good italian food, this place is a must.

Greeted with a smile and sweet aromas! This lovely little piece of Italian everything was a great place to have lunch with the family. We had pizzas, veal sandwich, pasta and garlic knots. All were delicious! The taste and quality you could tell came from love. Lots of walk out specials, lunch specials and all kinds of extras to take home. A little market of things from Italy and home cooked meals refrigerated for later. We will be back!
