The coffee was fresh and made perfectly, and my breakfast sandwich was hot and delicious. The staff were super friendly and quick, even during the morning rush 🙌 The place was clean, organized, and had a really welcoming vibe.

Yesterday I got a expired milk, not a big deal just check your inventory right. Then got a bagel had a hair in both halves of the bagel. The girl working there was great and helpful. But today I got a coffee and I'll say it you have the worst tasting coffee I've ever had this is terrible. Tim's you have taken over the coffee industry in Canada you've pushed out the good coffee shops. Ok at the very least make good coffee it tastes really bad. Every other country in the world prides themselves on good coffee in Canada we get dirt water. This needs to stop.

Trainer needs to be patient , when new people joins the company. Very rude and way too loud infront of customer during training. A log to look at while making the drinks will help them to learn quicker.

The staff here are very friendly, quick, and always get the order right. Service is fast even during busy hours, and they are always polite.
