Tim Hortons is going down hill. The staff are lovely but the atmosphere is awful and I’m appalled at the fact that they don’t recycle anything.

This is one of the worst tim hortons around. They never have any breakfast sandwiches, once in a while I get lucky and can get one but majority of the time they don't. I'm waiting for the day when they say they are out of coffee. If you want anything to eat don't go here. The customer service is not very good either. Really disappointed with this tim hortons. If you sell that many breakfast wraps maybe it would be a good idea to order more or make more in the morning. This issue has been going on for awhile now. Probably almost a year. When they do have the wraps they will screw up the order. Updated review- I have visited in the morning not long after opening, the baker never has anything ready, including eggs for breakfast sandwiches, sometimes bacon, or other items. Maybe the baker needs to move a little quicker and start earlier to have the products offered ready for customers in the morning. This girl moves like a snail and it isn't the first time I have seen this. I've heard alot of others saying the same thing. Other than this the store has gotten better. It's to bad one person is having such a negative effect.

We just picked up two medium dark brew coffee from your location. Both coffees were barely luke warm and stale. It was appr 6:45 and there was a young woman working there on her own. Not impressed at all. No one should be working on their own especially in that location. No fault with her she was very pleasant just run off her feet.

This Timmie’s drives me crazy I go to the driver through my orders are always wrong on the 3 of June at or about 11:45 I ordered a Brown sugar latte and not only I had to wait more than 5 minutes it was bitter couldn’t drink it did not appreciate that I would have been late for work I couldn’t turned around. Two days before order coffee medium and a muffin ask for them to worm up my muffin get to the counter coffee cold muffin not worm up and to top all this off coming out of the drive way this huge pot hole you have to go through it it’s like that now for weeks please fix pot hole and train your staff

Had the worst experience with a woman named Barb but there was a girl with purple hair who made my experience phenomenal definitely will be back for her but not impressed with Barbs attitude.

Think I need a new coffee place - Tim's is not the same anymore. Fresh smashed egg on the front door ( picture was taken at 11:30am), display items jumping out of their baskets - and back to my office to find my 3 cream 2 sugar was just black thank goodness my coworkers coffees were correct!

Had a nice issue, made a call , the person I spoke with was very pleasant, she made a promise to me that she would fix it ,she kept that promise. Went back to the location a few days later the employees were very nice and welcoming and all was well with the world.
These workers are amazing. It's a small store, no dine in but the workers are great and the coffee and food is normally good. Plus any sort of mistake, they are more than happy to fix.
