Worst experience ever im a regular customer for steaptea 2 or 3 cups a day but today that one of the employee i asked for steaptea and she said wait 5 mints in a heavy rain so I said it's ok and she just started brewing the tea and someone order in the drive throw same steaptea so she took the pot while brewing and when I asked her don't take it out because thats not rite way Tim's hortons standard so I asked her can I have my money back so she throw the change on counter that was rude and disrespectful So many complains about this location Very disappointed 😞

I purchased a large iced coffee with less ice..premium price.. and got a cup that was 75% full.. asked for it to be topped up and was refused due to company policy.. not happy..I am a regular customer.. so now you have upset a customer over an few more drops of coffee.. really was it worth it??

Tim Hortons is going down hill. The staff are lovely but the atmosphere is awful and I’m appalled at the fact that they don’t recycle anything.
