I am coming over here from last two weeks but still there the machine is not working of french vanilla and hot chocolate. These are the only things that I liked in tims hortons. I am not blaming staff for it, it's the responsibility of the manager,management, and owner to repair the machine. Why you guys running a store if you are not able to provide what customers want. Even biscoff croissant was not ready if the store is open it should be ready like others store.

Worst experience ever im a regular customer for steaptea 2 or 3 cups a day but today that one of the employee i asked for steaptea and she said wait 5 mints in a heavy rain so I said it's ok and she just started brewing the tea and someone order in the drive throw same steaptea so she took the pot while brewing and when I asked her don't take it out because thats not rite way Tim's hortons standard so I asked her can I have my money back so she throw the change on counter that was rude and disrespectful So many complains about this location Very disappointed 😞

I ordered 2 coffee double-double and triple triple. They overcharged me for one coffee and one steep tea and didn’t even gave me back the extra money. Very disappointing. Won’t be back.
