Had the worst experience with a woman named Barb but there was a girl with purple hair who made my experience phenomenal definitely will be back for her but not impressed with Barbs attitude.

Think I need a new coffee place - Tim's is not the same anymore. Fresh smashed egg on the front door ( picture was taken at 11:30am), display items jumping out of their baskets - and back to my office to find my 3 cream 2 sugar was just black thank goodness my coworkers coffees were correct!

Had a nice issue, made a call , the person I spoke with was very pleasant, she made a promise to me that she would fix it ,she kept that promise. Went back to the location a few days later the employees were very nice and welcoming and all was well with the world.

These workers are amazing. It's a small store, no dine in but the workers are great and the coffee and food is normally good. Plus any sort of mistake, they are more than happy to fix.

Enjoy coming to this location to get my coffee or meal at well I work on my homework, the staff are great here doing the best they all can with the online/drive thru and in person orders they get coming in everyday, keep up the wonderful job everyone.
Garbage bins overflowing. One seating area had food and drink all over the table, and on the floor.
Spoke to another patron who came out of the washroom and they said it looked like a bomb hit it. Toilet paper on the floor.
No idea how long it was like this, but it was like this when I arrived, and until I left. A real shame.
I strongly believe and esp for food establishments, what you see is a fraction and strong infication of what you cannot see.
If what I have described above is what is acceptable to Tim Hortons in an open public seating area, I am horrified to think of what is unseen.

Other than the concerning sanitary conditions, the server at the cash did not utter a single word to any patrons before me, or after me. They took the order, and efficiently processed the order.
Customer service as an overall expression of quality and corporate culture is really low.
