This used to be one of the better Tim's in town, until they replaced all the staff with a new crew that is completely incompetent and seem to hate everyone as well as their own jobs. It's almost impossible to find a decent Tim's in Barrie anymore, and that's sad.

I went to drive thru, was trying to order but the employee was not able to take our order. When we reached at the i was just transferring the money and she says “ oh my god” had kardashian attitude but then we got served cold pinwheels no tray for three ice caps like what is management doing ? Moreover, with so much attitude she still couldn’t server our whole order we had to comeback from home to get the rest of the food. The who was servin Us was wearing a hijab I forgot what was the name but please help your employees to act in proper manners.
