I don’t go to Tim Hortons expecting much but we recently moved to this area and every single time we go here they mess something up, i’ve stopped in for breakfast about 4 times every time i get the same thing an ice cap and one of the loaded brown butter croissant u can pick from bacon or sausage to put on it everytime i get bacon 3 times they have given me sausage and im on my way to work so i have no time to turn around and go into complain finally today i went again and they did get the proper bacon except this time there was absolutely no brown butter sauce on it this is getting ridiculous and everytime we go the staff is incredibly rude and just throws the debit machine in your face without saying anything

I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff are friendly and quick, even during the morning rush. My coffee is always fresh and made just right, and the donuts are always stocked and tasty. The restaurant is clean, and the drive-thru moves fast. Definitely one of the better Tim’s locations around — consistent and reliable every time!

First I would like to say it’s hit or miss. I ask for tea and milk and sweetener and get coffee with cream (I can’t drink cream and don’t like coffee) then the next time it’s perfect! The staff are polite. I find that since they brought the app for mobile ordering it’s very frustrating for staff and customers. I have used mobile orders then wait 10 min for it, so being a daily customer I just walk in now. The only thing I find absolutely ridiculous is that a staff member parks in the closet parking spot everytime he works, right next to the handicap spot. The picture I’ve attached is the door into Timmies, that’s how close this vehicle parks 🤦♀️

Extremely disappointing experience. The customer service was rude and careless, and my coffee was given to me in a complete mess—spilled all over the cup and lid. It felt like no effort or respect was put into serving customers. Paying for a drink and receiving this kind of service is unacceptable. Definitely not coming back.
