Went through the drive thru the girl at the window was counting up to the staff that they had to be quicker but its not worth quick when the bowl i got the chicken isn't cut and a quarter of the bowl is empty. I'd rather the food be becent then quick.

This used to be the best Tim Hortons around my area, but in the past few months it has gone down hill. I go to Tim Hortons daily and everyday there is something wrong with my order. Drinks not being made with correct dairy restrictions as asked, food quality has gone way down; you either get a burnt bagel or an under toasted bagel with too much butter, missing drinks in orders & only getting half your order. Back in the day when Tim hortons employees made mistakes on your order you wouldn’t be charged for the item THEY forgot, now they mess up your order so often you’re expected to make multiple payments at the window when correcting them after you receive your items to make sure you get your order.It’s so disappointing to see this place going down hill. I think more thorough training is needed here.

So this is tough one, as usually this is 100% the best timmies I found in Barrie for food quality, and service is pretty dam good as well. But today , I’m getting a tea, my cup drop on the floor bounces around and she picks it up. Goes to use it, I asked her politely are you really going to use that same cup? She looks at me rolls her eyes. Now there’s about 10 people back there how many of them have dogs and cats and or other animals walking through grass garbage grease, I don’t want faeces on my teacup. grabs another cup. Turns to her friend says something ( not in English, not a dig deal ) Except for the fact They start laughing and giggling and then she’s giving me attitude? So 100% was said about me ? How is this ok ??? I get bodies are hard to find nowadays, but if these are the type people that you’re going to hire ( I mean rude, ignorant ) know, they’re gonna ruin your business for you. If I walk into the Timmys and she try’s to serve me again I’m turning around and walking out

Really not happy with how the employees who don’t follow or listen to anyone including my spouse and in law since they pick up breakfast almost every day. This has been an ongoing issue especially with Uber eats because I feel like they don’t read the orders correctly or they don’t give the driver the correct order without checking and especially with someone who is lactose intolerant it can be frustrating! All I ask is that employees listen to them and repeat the order to the customer before they pay or check orders before they are sent out just asking for a little bit of improvement that needs to be resolved please and thank you!Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant (no dairy)
