Second time here the service was disgusting. Extremely slow and inefficient. Someone tried to give me order to someone else after I waited about 10 minutes. Horrible location !!!
All Tim Hortons suck. The coffee isn't good. The food is worse. And I can't understand anything in the drive thru.
We were going to this Tim Hortons for years but over the last year it's really gone down hill. I'm not one to write a review but I feel inclined. This location used to be quick no matter the amount of people or cars lined up and 95% of the time our orders were always correct. The older women that work/worked there were always so nice and accommodating. Recently every time I go through the drive thru we order the same thing every morning but now it's always incorrect or items are missing that we have paid For. The workers that use to make this place flow no longer are there for the exception of a couple of them. I find it your order anything more then coffee your likely to have something wrong with your order. The McDonald's across the road is now taking our business due to the lack of detail and consistency. It's quick and order is never wrong... disappointed customer
The service was good and products were delivered as expected. That is all we ask for in a Tims.

It seams everytime I come in drive-thru gets Is priority.
And the donuts weren't that fresh and my Boston creme chocolate stuck to the bag
Very disappointed

Some of the staff are incapable of taking simple orders. With the exception of one or two nice employees, the rest are completely avoidable.

Had to repeat my order a couple times, the lady in the drive-thru had difficulty understanding me. She eventually stopped talking, and left me in silence for a couple minutes. Once I spoke up "Hello, ma'am?" I got a different person who was confused as well. I only ordered a basic coffee and a dozen donuts...
There was one car ahead of me waiting at the window who drove off without their order. I just followed them out and didn't bother.
What's going on with Tim Hortons lately? Poor food quality, coffees are not mixed properly. It's 50/50 if you get what you ordered and everyone working there has trouble understanding people.
I think I'm about done with this company.

Horrible experience, we went through the drive through at 9:30AM, were rushed through our order, and interrupted at the order window. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte, and was served just a latte with whip cream. Partners’ decaf coffee was burned. Farmer’s wrap had egg shells in it, and my bagel wasn’t even toasted when I ordered it so.

A few days in a row, there is no decaf coffee early in the morning. You need to repeat your orders 3 times ! It's really annoying !

I have never been in a Tim’s that was this dirty. The main floor was filthy, things had been spilled and never cleaned up. People had walked through it and spread it all over. The doors and windows were filthy. Every surface looked like it was sticky and greasy. The bathroom was completely disgusting. I went in and turned around and came out. Once again the floor was filthy. I left there without purchasing what I went in for. If the main part of the restaurant was that dirty, what is the kitchen like.
If you want Hair on your food this is the place to go. Absolutely disgusting......

Two stars because the lady at the drive through yelled at us. My dad, who’s an immigrant from communist russia and germany (where he moved after the fall of the soviet union) was the one ordering for us, two of his kids and my boyfriend. He has an accent admittedly but no one has ever had any problems with it since it’s fairly light. Food is always great at tim hortons, but service not so much. We rolled up to the electric board to order and were greeted with silence. Around 5 minutes pass and my dad asked “Hello?” and we hear a “just a minute!” okay, fine. we wait and she comes back to take our order and we order two sausage breakfast sandwiches on cheese croissants. “we have no more.” “how about plain?” “yeah we have no more. (she gets a little louder)” so we order something else to put our sausage breakfast sandwiches on. My dad keeps ordering and interrupts him every 5 seconds to say “I cant understand you!” slowly we order what we want until we get to the mango starfruit infusr. If you don’t know, these come in cans. We order it and she goes “WHAT SIZE? S.I.Z.E.” and then gets mad at me when I roll down my window and tell her that “THERE IS NO SIZE IT COMES IN A CAN.” they have the infusr posted on a separate board to show it off and it comes in a can. she goes “FIRST OFF, DO NOT YELL AT ME.” as if she wasnt yelling and being quite patronizing. Anyways we get our food and we have to ask again for the infusr and our farmers wrap, where we left out egg and sauce, was ripped as if we stuffed it until it couldn’t hold anymore. absolutely disgusting.
