This Tim Hortons has become one of the worst locations I’ve ever visited. The tea quality has completely gone downhill — every sip tastes different, nothing is mixed properly, and it feels like they just throw everything together without any care. I’m paying full price for a drink I end up fixing myself.
The staff look like they’re always rushing and using rough hands while making the orders. On top of that, one of the female employees has an incredibly rude and arrogant attitude. Customers are not treated with respect at all.
Terrible service, inconsistent drinks, and zero professionalism. This location seriously needs to fix their staff and their standards.

I ordered a steeped tea and potato wedges, and everything was perfect. The tea was hot and brewed just right—exactly how I like it. The potato wedges were fresh, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. What made it even better was the friendly service. The staff member PRINK was polite, quick, and made sure my order was accurate. It's always nice to see a smile at the counter. 😍😍
