Literally every time this past month they have gotten my order wrong. very simple order. When asked for replacement they took the food back through the window twice which is a huge health hazard for your restaurant. Your sandwich bar staff needs to put a headset! Fast service is not always good service and your team needs to be reminded of this because this is the case at this specific tim Hortons. Again I must stress d sandwich bar is NEVER wearing there head sets at this location like they should be. This store is sooooo mismanaged over the past few months.

This Yonge Street/ Minet's Point location is very clean. Our order was prepared quickly by happy staff. The tables and windows were clean, which you don't see much at Tim Horton. It's one of the better atmospheres we've been in.

Went there to pick up a Too Good To Go. I counted 6 people working there ). There was one person being served. I was the only person in line, not including drive thru. After having served the customer in front of me it took several minutes before the cashier called me over. I said hello, no response. The expression on her face was as though she was being held against her will. I explained that I was there to pick up Too Good To Go, and showed her the app. She responds by gesturing with her head over her shoulder, annoyed I said "what?" she again simply gestures over there with her head. I proceed to walk over to where I think she was talking about, and there's a sign there for delivery drivers e.g. uber, door dash, etc. There was a worker mopping the floor. The worker does not acknowledge me, proceeds to put down the mop, wash her hands and then starts putting together an order in front of me, the whole time not having acknowledged me or asked me how can she help. After having put together this order, she seals the bag and pushes it in front of me, no words. I ask her "what's this?" She responds "Uber". I said I'm not Uber and I'm here to pick up Too Good To Go and now show her the app. She immediately apologizes and proceeds to get my order. She apologized once again as I grabbed the order and left.I get that can be a difficult job. That does not excuse treating people like they're an inconvenience. If someone says hello, acknowledge it, find out why the customer is there. While waiting I counted I believe 6 employees at one time working there and the service was incredibly slow, with several of them looking like they were just doing some look busy work. Whoever owns/manages this Tim's should really do some serious training.

Usually go through drive thru, and most of the time when we order an item, they don't have it, so we will be trying another tims or the mcdonalds across the road.

You better employ people who are able to count up to 10, as 8 Timbits are definitely a disappointment !

This is by far the slowest Tim Hortons there is , I either recommend staffing more people to service customers or retrain employees to give an eta to a customer standing there for a long time i do not like to give negative reviews but gotta fix this place please the employees just looked at me at the register and kept walking

2 years ago I would've said good comments, but now it's just like every other Tim Hortons I visit: All immigrant employees who talk amongst themselves in their own language, causing terribly slow service, and messed up orders. If you're looking for a good substitute for Tim Hortons, there's a McDonald's across the street; you also have a Starbucks just up the road and a 5 min drive south of that is a Wendy's and A&W. All are better options than Tim Hortons.

This has to be the slowest tim hortons around! Went through the drive thru and picked the wrong lane because they served the other lane at 2 to 1 basically! They'd process 2 cars on the inside lane then 1 in the outside..this is a stupid design and never understood why they would have 2 lanes feed into one as this does not make processing any faster and pisses people off!
