The employee were not focused at all we had to go through the drive thru 3 times. They had really bad attitude. One of the employees double cupped one our drink and didn’t put the lid on properly and when my friend try to drink he’s coffee it burned his hand and leg.

On October 13, 2023 I was trying to purchase a vanilla dip donut, which is supposed to be a classic donut priced at $1.49+tax coming to a total of $1.55.Instead your employee attempted to change me extra, claiming it's an 'Orange sprinkled donut'; even though the 'orange sprinkled donut' promo was 2 weeks ago on September 30th and October 1st, and it was to raise money for indigenous groups.Where is that extra money going, you thieves?
