Girl with pink braid was talking about dropping her nose ring in the toilet for the whole time I was waiting for my order. When i mentioned that her conversation was not appropriate for a place serving food she was rude. As soon as I got my order she started up again and was complaining to her coligues that I probably didn't pee. Sad how rude she was. Never coming here again

Out of oat. The almond milk option is no good. No one shakes it so you get almond water in your coffee. Ordered a $4 oj instead. $4!!!!
I ordered a bagel toasted with peanut butter and got a bagel with one packet of peanut butter that put a very thin amount of peanut butter on the bagel
I could’ve done this at home, why don’t they do it for you when you’ve ordered and paid for that convenience?
$7 for a tiny little orange juice and a dry bagel… Come on guys.

I asked the lady to put hasbrown , crispy onions and hebenero inside and they thought onsite but that’s fine mistake happens but when I told her that you gave me wrong order and did onsite, she replied you can put inside yourself.

Nice place clean for the most part and good seating as well easy wheelchair access.
Service is hit and miss big time at this tim hortons. You get people that care and then people that dont.
Food can be made right if the person can understand what you are asking for. Vary few English speaking people unfortunately at the counter and drive through, i go to those tim hortons quite frequently, and I expect every third to fourth time something in my simple order is wrong and or missing. Needs improvement and would gladly give a better review.

I’m sorry but this location is a disappointment, not to mention inside is chaos when it comes to Kiosk orders and storefront orders. There is one lady during the week on storefront who is great, she will say who the kiosk order is for instead of just putting it on the counter and walking away, like the rest of the staff does.
Majority of the staff are rude and just look miserable. The one old woman who is at the drive thru window during the week is so incredibly rude, every time without fail.
Also, the amount of times my order has been wrong and I go back to get it corrected and the staff just stare at me and then question me like I are wrong, is insane. It literally says what my order is supposed to be on the bag and your screen. My coworkers and I talk about how rude the staff is.
