The debit for scan and pay didn’t work on their end but came out of my account, I was able to show them it came out and the assistant manager was rude and told me they won’t give us our order until we pay but I showed them we did . She was extremely rude and argumentative.

Very Disappointed. I just orderd the Habanero chicken bowl looks like they are out of lettuce as well as the rice. I dont usually complain but thats the worst experience i have ever had from this store.

Every time I go here I ask for the bacon to be cooked twice because any tims you go to their bacon is basically raw, and yet every time my bacon still gets put on my sandwich like this….. it’s gross and Tim’s needs to figure out a different way to cook your bacon.

Disappointing Experience with the Wrap. It was small as hell. I recently tried the wrap at your location and I was quite disappointed and Nutella croissant was terrible as well. The flavor was lacking, and the ingredients didn’t seem fresh. I expected a satisfying meal, but it fell short. I hope they can improve the quality and taste in the future.

The elderly lady taking my order had no idea what she was doing, couldn’t hear me and when I told her she had put the wrong thing on the order, she argued with me saying that it was the right one. I had to tell the one of the ladies making my drink how to actually make my drink since it wasn’t put in properly. When I asked another girl for a tray, she didn’t even look at me or respond. I repeated myself and got “ya I’m getting it.” Not sure why I was met with attitude from both of them. Very unpleasant experience.

Stopped this morning to order 1 coffee (xl 3 milk, 1/2 sugar) and 2 cookies. The ignorant staff person snapped at me to slow down and took almost 5 mins to get it all. I won’t make the mistake of going back here.

The most racist front window staff!! They talk rude to your face without shame. I don’t know where that anger toward foreigners comes from. These people need to be trained how to work in customer service sector!! I will never support this branch anymore! There are many other branches nearby with the most wonderful, polite and openminded employees. Three in Mapleview or one down Essa road. ( always respectful) I contacted Tim Horton head office right after the incident and will follow up my complaint even if needed with the help of my lawyer. Physical contact and racist language has no place in 2024!! I make sure same uneducated people don’t provide a racist experience to customers.

Sometime more sugar some time no sugar even if you order the same regular drink ..idk how?

Pros: very quick
Cons: not enough bacon on the breakfast sandwich, 10 pack of timbits contained the advertised 10. Where's the Baker's 10?? Need the extra 1 or 2.

I don't usually give reviews but I was just a bit annoyed that I asked one of the employees for some extra milk I just did not like that it was basically thrown on the counter and in spite of that I said thank you but the employees just walked off and did not even acknowledge me in any way I know some of these employees are young and may not have proper home training but at a place of business like Tim Hortons it's very unacceptable and one more think they floors need to kept in a more tidy state.

Had the worst experience ordering at this tim on Monday morning june 24th 8:36 am … wanted to use the offer in the app so ordered a iced latte and farmers wrap.. after paying for the order .. a hot drink was handed so i refused to that and just because they had to make the drink again ..the lady at the drive thru window had a issue and showed attitude and rudeness … people coming to tim every day morning are not coming for that type of energy to start their day. To the lady at the window….If you don’t wanna work, no one is asking you to show up. she said offer is only for hot drink .. well i m attaching the pictures please have a good look

People that work here cant even handle taking a food order without 2 people coming to the till and taking 5 mins to figure out how to simply add a bagel to an order???Mind blowing. Walked out and said forget about it and went do a different location that has staff that can handle counting past 3 . Brutal location. Maybe train your staff better.
