The staff was efficient and friendly. My order was accurate and the quality for coffee was very good. I would return here for coffee but I didn't order any food. The line seemed to move quickly no matter what was ordered.

Staff have gone downhill. I come here every night for years and always deal with one passive aggressive rude worker and kids constantly throwing things inside disturbing the customers. Used to feel like a pleasant place now just feels like a take it or leave it this is what you get situation. Good times :) I have zero issues with any of the workers but one.

6m later and this location still consistently has the rudest staff. I always want to try it every few months to see if there’s improvement and it’s always the same. Are they treated poorly by management or miserable on their own?Original review: Went to redeem my points for a fruit quencher and told them that when I ordered at the drive thru. They asked what size and I said I’ll get a large if that works. I get to the window and both employees had no idea what they were doing. They said it didn’t work. So I paid for the large drink without using the points. Could you train your employees to know how the reward system works? What is the point of these rewards if you can’t redeem them?

Drive thru- The day staff is amazing, I get my coffee from them every morning but the ever changing night staff is horrible and can’t make coffee right, they fill my cup to the top and it spills every time. Tonight, it seems he did it on purpose..it was beyond full.

I had a bad double double coffee today , it was not having the usual taste. It made me lose interest on double double which was my favourite daily go to cofee
Went into the store with my child due to him craving a donut and the shelves were empty. There were muffins and etc. So I had to go the another location. Its a shame cause this is my favorite tims in barrie and everything is always like 6/5 stars.After waiting for a few mins to ask someone I ended up leaving, sorry.

First, they can’t hear order on speaker/mic then on window they can’t see order from screen as how many and what we ordered, don’t even know, how to serve serving 4 teas without tray, don’t even made the how i take. No sugar no creams.

It seems like most tim horten locations have forgotten what speed of service is.Today the drive through was lined up into the other parking lot, inside was lined up out the doors. Workers seem overwhelmed and flustered.Maybe this is a staffing issue?
