I just want to appreciate jaspreet at Tim Hortons. I ordered an iced coffee and the Habanero Veggie Wrap, and she was honestly such a sweet and friendly person. She took my order with a big smile, made sure everything was right, and the food tasted great.
Little moments like her kindness really make someone’s day. Tim Hortons is lucky to have her!

Every time I visit a Tim Hortons I notice the steep decline of the brand. I stay away for many months and then decide to give a random location a chance. This one was no different as the coffee tasted burnt and our muffin tasted stale. I used to purchase coffee at least 4x per week at Tim Hortons. Now it always tastes burnt and awful. My boycott will continue until the previous company standards for quality return. Very sad.

Amazing customer service, specially I got to serve by Jeeti, Navroop and Khushi all three of them for me they are like my daughters and all of them recognized my voice and I don’t have say anything they already know what I am ordering and lately I got to deal with Jeeti a lot what a wonderful human being always smiling and she is just like my daughter that’s how sweet she is and sometimes I delay my chai to go to same Tim Horton because of the customer service they provide not one of the best service but the best service and love getting my chai from this Tim Horton 👍🙏

In the last two month I have noticed when I order in the drive thru they don’t ring it in so you can no longer see if the order is correct . They also no longer mark the cup with what they put in it. I always a get a steeped tea 1/2 milk 1/2 sugar and only 30% of the time lately it’s correct the rest it has cream in it which is gross. I can’t drive it right away as it way to hot for me so I need to let it cool 10-15 min by this time I am home and discover the grossness. They say steeped tea and today the guy even said half half but again it was cream. My guess is they are saving drive thru minutes by not ringing it in but relying on memory in a busy drive thru is resulting in bad experiences. But the staff are very nice I just think fixing this one area would help.
