Dhori and staff were awesome today! They replaced my wrap at no cost since it was messed up yesterday… Best Timmies in Barrie… Period!!

Very very very disappointed with the old lady this morning. She has no manners to talk to the customers. Does she have enough training and skills to deal with the customers? She rushes to say your order and when we clearly explain the order she says “yea I know” very rudely. Next time if she doesn’t behave well I will have to come in and talk to the manager.

It's sad that you close at what 10 or 11 and you have absolutely no food to serve at 9:15? Pretty disgusting that you close down earlier than posted. Try serving food till closing and not just what's convenient for your workers to make. I'm usually in here daily as I work down the road and rely on this timmies for my lunch/dinner.

it's pretty disgusting that both the timmies app and Google say you close at 11 but yet every night I've gone in around 9:15 you have next to no food to serve and the girl working is rude af and refuse to make anything. your workers are extremely lazy at night and close down whenever they feel like it. if you're not scheduled to close till 11 then keep serving food untill 10:30-10:45 and not 9. refusing to make anything 2 hrs before closing is extremely disgusting. I've already went to head office about this and will continue too untill things change. do better!
