The morning crew at this Tim’s location is amazing. The Bayview drive location in Barrie. They are polite and incredibly efficient! They are on the ball and deserve a raise!

If I could give a zero I would! We waited in the drive though for over 15mins. When I finally got to the window after ordering a tea they gave me a coffee and had to wait longer for a tea. The runner making the orders was terrible. Won’t be going back. I have never waited so long at a Tim Hortons

We are a big fan of Tim Horton’s, my husband and I love the Turkey bacon club and stop at a Tim Horton when we are on the road or in a mall. Always happy with the service and the staff. But this time we were shock of the customer service we received plus our table was dirty. When we got our meal both of us had almost no mayonnaise in ours. When I ask if I could have mayonnaise the clerk at the cash told me that I have to pay for extra. And the clerk that was on the making the meals said to me very rudely that next time ask for extra mayonnaise. We never had to ask for extra that sandwiches is always perfect for us….We will never return to your Tim Horton and as a retailer myself I would suggest to have a meeting and refresh the importance of CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I would give 0 stars if i could because how would you feel if you asked for a simple order like two cookies, waited in line for 10 minutes with only two trucks ahead of us, just for them to say they accidently gave our cookies to someone else? Literally HOW does that happen. Our hearts have never been more broken. Just for the window girl to then laugh at our broken hearts. I will avoid that Tims from now on.

Worst Tim to go to, i was there today this noon and encountered a really embarrassing moment done by a lady that was the super at the site NAVDEEP. I was there with my husband and we needed three chicken wraps but they had 2 and said that it will take 10 minutes so i still ordered because 10 minutes is no big deal. But When i asked again that how much more time its gonna take, she replied in a very anxious voice that she have already told me its gonna take 10 minutes which sounded really rude and shows zero sense of customer service. I don’t know what post she is on but higher you go wiser you should be and i did not see anything wiser in her tone. If anyone is looking at this please take care of the attitude of your people especially hers.
Nobody works the counter - only drive thru and there wasn’t any cars. Everyone was standing around with 4 people waiting. I walked out. Tim’s is going downhill

Got my entire order wrong, served me ice cold food. everyone was rude and dismissive. Spent $20 and couldn’t have any of it. Wasn’t able to go back as I was on my way to work. Never had such a bad experience at a Tim’s.
