By far the slowest timmies on earth. I get students need to work but don't have a crew full of students during rush hr. Especially at drive thru.

Come here every morning for breakfast, the ladies on the morning shift are so awesome! They’re extremely friendly almost like family and they always know my order, and how to make it right…unlike other locations!

Today Sunday the 29th of September this location was severely understaffed causing me to be late to work. Food wise, it was alright

I will say this while weekday mornings are absolutely amazing. Other times, not so much. There are staff here who are amazing while others it's hard man....some just don't understand you and this becomes frustrating to deal with.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a large pumpkin spice latte with three other drinks
On the screen they entered a large vanilla ice latte
Clarified at the window before paying that I had ordered a pumpkin spice latte and was assured that was what was being made. Was given an iced pumpkin spice latte
Went into the store to have the item corrected and the worker couldn’t understand what was wrong ..kept telling me it was a pumpkin spice latte and I told her no it was an iced latte and she said that was what a latte was ..asked for the manager who also took a few minutes to understand I didn’t want an iced latte but a hot one ..then they made a medium when I had paid for a large. Just really poor customer service.
Horrible service, at 6pm 1 tray of assorted donuts, muffins and bagels. Was told they only bake in the morning. Bathrooms are dirty tables aren’t wiped.

Tim Hortons has long been a staple of Canadian culture, known for its coffee, donuts, and a sense of community. However, in recent years, the experience at many Tim Hortons, including this one has taken a noticeable downturn, making it far less appealing as a go-to spot. One of the most glaring issues is the cleanliness of the establishments. There are large rips in the booth tables and all of the other tables wobble and you spill your coffee. This particular Tim Hortons is quite dirty all the time. I don't think they ever clean the tables! Where Tim Hortons used to be a place you could count on for a clean, welcoming environment, many locations now leave much to be desired. Tables are often left dirty, the floors can be sticky, and garbage bins overflow. The once inviting atmosphere has given way to a sense of neglect, making it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy a meal or coffee.Unfortunately, the staff's attitude seems to have deteriorated alongside the cleanliness. It's not uncommon to encounter employees who appear disinterested in their work, offering lackluster service with minimal effort. Orders are often incorrect, and any attempt to address issues is met with indifference, if not outright rudeness. The sense of pride that once seemed to define Tim Hortons' staff has faded, replaced by a noticeable lack of care. For many customers, this decline in standards is disappointing. Tim Hortons used to be a reliable, pleasant place to grab a quick bite or relax with a coffee. Now, the experience is marred by unclean conditions and unmotivated staff, leaving long-time patrons questioning whether it's worth returning. It's unfortunate to see a beloved brand lose its luster, but until significant improvements are made, Tim Hortons is no longer the enjoyable destination I once enjoyed!

This Tim Hortons in on my way to work so I will stop there periodically and grab a bagel. Today will be the last day I do that. I open my bagel and there appears to be BLOOD on it! What else could be that colour? And just so happens to be where the knife cut is? I’ve attached a photo and you can judge for yourself if you want to order here!
Breakfast is more expensive than McDonalds. At $17.00 for two, you can get a traditional breakfast of bacon, eggs, home fries, and coffee at restaurants that offer the Early bird special with coffee refills.

Placed an order and paid for it to be picked up at certain time for my meeting, only to find out they sold what I ordered and had nothing for me to pick up. Instead of being truthful, they kept letting me know it will be 5 mins. Was late for my meeting and when my order finally showed up, donuts were hot in the boxes, icing was melting and the donuts ended up sticking to the cardboard. Never stepping foot in this location ever again. They don’t even deserve 1 star.
Your stepped tea is hot water and milk
3 cups and was told the 3rd cup was a new pot and it’s still hot water and milk
