Big thank you to Arin/Erin and Ariella (sorry, I don't know the spellings) for helping us out today. Our truck got stuck in the snow and these wonderful young ladies helped us in every possible way. They brought out shovels, called for help and even offered coffee when we got completely exhausted. They didn't have to do it but did it! Amazing people💯
This Tim Hortons location on Essa Road is convenient and usually quick with orders. The coffee and food are consistent with what you'd expect from Tim’s, and the drive-thru moves at a good pace. However, the customer service could be more welcoming—staff tend to be a bit rushed or curt at times, which makes the experience feel less friendly than other locations.
