I work in mall and I always get my iced coffee from here with light ice. Its always like this when I order they make faces and doesn’t greet at all same thing happened today I ordered my iced coffee and actually my iced coffee was hot and the ice in it melted instantly and it tastes bad.

I work at mall and this tim’s was my go to until today.I ordered wedges and they were half baked and cut in very irregular shape.I asked the lady assistant if she could have a look at wedges as I think they’rnt baked well.Without even looking at them, she said this is how me make it. The lady had a lot of attitude in her and poor customer skills.There are lot of tim hortons around, I’ll avoid going here.And yes as mentioned in other comments, after this incident, the staff started laughing and gossiping out loud.

Everytime i go there had a bad experience . Customer service is worst all the girls who work there gives you a bad attitude look. Always in hurry , no common sense of greeting in staff. Felt racism. Never go back hereVegetarian options: bagels

There staff was continually laughing on personal jokes while taking orders instead of listening to to me which is very rude and immature, the dream cookies which I bought were dry and hard to chew not good at all bad experience.Kid-friendliness: Two friendly kids chair

The West Family

I work in an office next to this location and we spend hundreds of dollars every week ordering coffee and breakfast for the whole office. There are often items forgotten from our order (which we understand as it's a large order) so we just go back to ask for those items. Every time this happens, we are so polite and understanding but this one employee there...Joseph or Jonathan...is the rudest customer service worker I have ever encountered. He is so sassy, talking back to the customers, making snarky comments...it's unbelievable. I went back today because we were missing a drink and he said "ya it's because we don't have that drink" so I said oh okay, did you let the girl ordering know? And he replied that he didn't because we always hold up the line with our large order. The order that we PAY for...it's not like we are there getting stuff for free. The female manager there just stand there on her phone while all this is happening. I ordered (and paid for) a different drink and he is shouting things at me as I'm walking away...it's highly inappropriate and uncalled for. There have been many complaints about this boy and I'm surprised he still works there with the way he is treating customers. If it's that much for a problem for him to do his job, we can just take our business elsewhere!

The customer service is not good. We often visit on this tim hortans and everytime we suffer from this. They don’t listen the order patiently. We always face racism here. Really heartbreaking with their behaviour.

This rating for customer service. I had very bad incident yesterday(18th May), we went to grab some ice coffee and I saw flies on their food, I simply told them that ‘you have flies on Apple fritter’ and rather than look for that, the attendant girl said ‘okay thank you’ with full attitude. I believe this is very basic to learn how to serve customer. You can’t serve that food to customer where you have flies on food.

Like what can you say about T.H.Some are cleaner then others. I'm not a big goer of T.H. but will say the one in the old Sears mall is good.. they seem to work hard.
