Just got a bailey's Boston donut and it didn't even have the special bailey's cream filling inside the donut only the original filling .. but had the shaving of chocolate on top

So awful , went there at 11:25 . I asked them for minute on my order and she didn’t say anything. Then I place my order, she never respond. My friend said hello 2 times and she starts shouting on us , she misbehave and start shouting on us . She heard our order and never respond . Her name is Simran and she said not come and place order . I’m so sorry what a bad attitude she has on drive thru. I don’t think she ever have respect for any one . I want owner to atleast have a look on them for their over attitude. She said whatever and don’t come here . So awful attitude. And then she made wrong order .

Ordered Bacon breakfast combo, didn’t receive my hash brown, when I asked them for it the lady with bad attitude said she could give me one for free however then ended up charging me $.22 extra. I think they need to be less concerned about drive-through time and focus more on what they are doing and providing better customer service. Everything was cold and it feels like they just throw the food at you out the window, brutal ! Wow also just noticed I got 16 Tim bits instead of 20 ! This place is ridiculous !

This is the worst store of Tim Horton in Canada. I ever requested to use my Points to pay the bill,but was told they were unable to do that due to system issue. I said my points was informed to expire within days. The supervisor insisted not using points and finally closed my transaction and rudely yelled to me: you can go NOW! I was then got out of the store. I made compliant to Customer Service of Tim Horton for almost 20 times by emails, but got no results.
The store is no more available for our Canadians and Tim Horton is no more Proud Canadian Company that we trust !

Never going to this location again. Please be hygienic. It’s food and drink that you are dealing with that goes in mouth of human.
