This tims has to be the worst. Every time I've gone my orders been messed up. Just got a hot chocolate to open the lid and it be basically all water and zero hot chocolate. Terrible service, how can you make that and confidently hand that out to a paying customer.

Ordered Scrambled eggs and Steep tea Online Instead of giving Scrambled eggs which used to be made using scrambled eggs seasoning The store just gave very little amount of scrambled just like 1 tablespoon and the rest eggs were normal eggs they cut into pieces.

Ordered a nice Orange Pekoe tea here, late at night, on a snowy drive to Toronto. Service was fast, friendly, and the tea helped me through the drive. The place stood out like a wonderful beacon in the night.

I went through the drive-thru and told them I had six drink orders. Instead of helping, the lady rudely kept repeating, “Two orders at a time! Two orders at a time!” over and over, without even trying to listen or offer a solution. They refused to take my full order and made me sit through the entire long drive-thru line just to get out. That’s ridiculous — if you have more than two people or a few separate orders, apparently you can’t use their drive-thru. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional attitude.

I have been coming here since they opened this location. It used to be a friendly, happy staff environment but lately it has declined. A side note....if the cashier is going to wear gloves to grab donuts from the case and handle other food items,, they should put them on AFTER handling money, not wear them all shift. It defeats the purpose of sanitation if they never change them. :)

I’ve come here multiple times since moving to the area, from my tea being coffee, two times now having an unfilled Boston cream and now this sadness of a sandwich… couldn’t separate the cheese or the ham, I was the only one in store. No need to be this careless. I worked at Tim’s for over 6 years, management really needs to ensure team members are being trained properly at this location.
