Today I went through drive thru and ordered 1 large steep tea with 1.5 sugar. I received a cup of colored hot water. I went in explained to the person at counter the issue. He replied you want a cup of colored hot water. I said no I ordered a large steep tea with 1.5 sugar and this taste like hot water no flavor. He went to speak to someone else and said I remake. 2min later he came back I sampled the drink and said again this has no flavor the " manger" came out and asked the issue I explained again and she said well I'm on coffee and this is a fresh pot I just made, there should be no problem .I said there is I flavor at all. Something is wrong. I order the same thing everyday and there is a issue. She offered me a bagged tea or to wait 5min. I said a bagged tea is not what I want. And left, in the last week prices went up and you now get less then ordered drive thru doesn't help here when the orders are made correctly. Guess that's what at 715am there was no line up and 1 person in the restaurant.

literally the worst tim’s in barrie. continuously mess up orders. i ordered a SAUSAGE farmers wrap today. got one piece of BACON on the wrap?? seriously? iced capps always have a terrible texture as well.

During my recent visit, I observed employees engaging in conversations with each other, neglecting customer needs. I hope you can address these issues for better customer experience.
WORST Timmys in Barrie. Placing an order at the drive through is painful. They repeat ur order 20 times and when you get it they STILL get it wrong. I have complained to management several times, i wrote to head office and nothing has changed. I dont go there anymore just bc their service it is still awful. Mcdonalds coffee is my go to place now. Order a coffee n boom, done, u drive away happy with the correct order.
