I just place an order by Tim’s application at 6:48 medium mocha iced cap and two of Boston biscoff there is not straw inside it and the mocha is the not proper what can I do now I just wasted my money on it ? Please answer this as soon as possible

Hi,
I visited this branch today around 12:30 p.m. (Thursday) to buy a carrot cake muffin (heated with butter) and a coffee. However, the muffin I received was overheated, and I wasn’t able to eat it.
I understand it was a busy time, but when I asked if I could get a new one, the person at the bar told me that they needed to cut the carrot cake, which is why it turned out that way. My concern is that she didn’t offer an apology for the situation.
She then asked how many seconds I wanted the muffin reheated, so I told her to heat it for 5 seconds.
I’m sharing this feedback because I really enjoy your products and service, and I hope it helps improve the experience for future customers.

I mobile ordered to get a pizza (scheduled for 2:21, and I walked in at 2:25 ready to pick up and go. My order was not ready. They asked me if I mobile ordered and THEN they started making my order. The lady making it ASKED me what flatbread pizza I ordered, and then made it. I had to wait rather than a grab and go.
The food is good but staff definitely need more training. They didn’t know how a mobile order works and also are unfamiliar with Too Good To Go.
