Trash service got my order wrong twice paid for a large protein iced latte and got a medium when I called it out just looked at my face like a restart. Dont ever come to this tim Horton I didnt even wanna give 1 start.

Came here with my buddy to have some tim hortons and hangout. ordered the Bacon Burger that was on display. they gave us 2 turkey bacon clubs instead, i don’t eat mayo or tomatoes. We then mentioned we didn’t get what we ordered, and they said we have to pay again to get what we wanted.. so we paid for 1 more and AGAIN we got the wrong item, we got a roast beef sandwich, this is ridiculous service, and i will not be coming here again. this meat on the sandwich they gave me is a hint of GREEN AND RUBBER. we got given no napkins, nothing. I am expecting a response from the owner of this location and a compensated proper meal for my friend and I. Otherwise i won’t hesitate to take legal action against employees or the location from health and safety and refusing to provide what we paid for.

Poor service. We ordered bagel with toasted butter but they did not toast it. Second time, they burnt it, bagel was completely turned black. I mean, how can you serve it to your customer when you know it’s not eatable. Looks like all was done purposely. Even we were ready to pay for second one. They made mistake first time , and I think they did so to take a revenge. So creepy. 👎🏻

Poor service by afternoon shift team they treated badly don’t even know how to behave with customer and first time i order bagel with toasted they didn’t follow proper instructions then I complained about that after they deliberately over burned second bagel even i was ready to pay for second bagel (11 Aug 2025) Request to owner just teach your team how to behave with customer and how to improve there mistakes. The place needs managing, no supervisor evident, dirty, disorganized, disgusting bathroom, no hand dryer, no paper towel dispenser, urinal overflowed all over my pants! Bathroom floor awash, all out into the hallway! One female staff was losing it on drive thru, and yelling for help, and receiving little! No bran muffins? This is after the response, your link doesn’t work, please clean up and maintain, Quarry ridge Barrie location!
