The place needs managing, no supervisor evident, dirty, disorganized, disgusting bathroom, no hand dryer, no paper towel dispenser, urinal overflowed all over my pants! Bathroom floor awash, all out into the hallway! One female staff was losing it on drive thru, and yelling for help, and receiving little! No bran muffins?

"I recently visited the Tim Hortons [2 Quarry ridge] and had a great experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I ordered my usual double-double and a classic Timbits box, and both were made just right—fresh and delicious. The store was clean, with plenty of seating, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. The drive-thru service was quick as well, which is always a bonus. I stopped by the Tim Hortons on 2 Quarry ridge this morning, and I was really impressed. The staff was super friendly, and they made my coffee exactly how I like it—strong and just the right amount of cream. I also grabbed a bagel with cream cheese, which was fresh and delicious. The place had a nice, calm vibe, with plenty of seating and clean surroundings. It’s the perfect spot to take a break or get some work done.
