This is the only tim hortons I've ever heard of that closes its door's AT LUNCH TIME 12 pm so there employees can have there break, they lock there door's so customers can't come in but they still take care of the drive through, does that make any sence??? Meanwhile you guys just hired a bunch of new employees from the goverment, don't you dare say your understaffed because everyone know your not DO BETTER

By far one of thw dirtiest and slowest.. we'll that's hard to say I guess there ia another one in town that may be slower. But whatever has made Tim hortons as a whole company to take such a down turn over thw years needs to be corrected. No longer the canadian brand we knew and loved.

I’m writing to share a concern about the Tim Hortons location at 3 Sarjeant Drive. This store often appears understaffed, especially during busy hours, which leads to long wait times and overwhelmed employees. The staff work hard, but there simply aren’t enough people scheduled.
Adding more staff would greatly improve service and customer experience.
