Ordered a toasted everything bagel with regular cream cheese. It came with hardly any cream cheese you couldn't even tell it was on there. Absolutely disgusting quality control or cost saving measure maybe?

I have been to this location multiple times and they are NOT open 24 hrs as advertised. One night the doors are locked at 11 then the next night they are locked at 10

I bought large iced cap and thís is how they made it. When i complained that price is keep going up and your coffee keep going down. The staff said “ if im the one made that, I would say yes but this is my manager made it”. The manager at drive through said “ im the one made it, and it supposed to be lower than that” lol…

Unable to talk to my friends as the radio station seems to be on full blast. Coffee and treats are good but "rock music" not a good idea. We now go to other more relaxed locations.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at the Tim Hortons located at 3 Surgeon Drive. I visited on Monday at 7:30 pm and placed my order at the drive-thru. The employee taking my order at the speaker was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is not the level of customer service one expects, especially from a brand like Tim Hortons. I am well aware of what good hospitality entails, and this experience fell far below acceptable standards.
The staff member, a girl of average height wearing transparent spectacles, showed no respect or courtesy. When she mentioned that my voice was not audible, her tone was unnecessarily rude. She could have informed me calmly and professionally, as I’ve experienced at other Tim Hortons locations. Her behavior made it evident that she was not taking her job seriously, and her rudeness reflects poorly on the overall service at this branch.
While I understand that working in such an environment can be challenging and that not every day is perfect, employees must remain calm and treat customers with respect. Customers are paying for the service and expect to be treated with dignity. This lack of professionalism not only affects customer satisfaction but also tarnishes the reputation of your brand. If such behavior persists, it will drive customers away, myself included.
I urge you to address this issue with your staff and emphasize the importance of hospitality and customer service. A polite and respectful attitude goes a long way in ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction. Please ensure your employees are trained to handle customers appropriately, even on difficult days.

very rude service. my boyfriend and I went through the drive through here to get a green tea and Double espresso around 11:50 am, was met immediately with a mean tone over the speaker. we put our order in and come to the window and she's rushing our order and yelling on the phone. we get the wrong thing which is 2 double espresso shots in a green tea instead. we went back around to kindly tell her we got the wrong order, even stating that we may have missaid something, but she just said "I heard double espresso in green tea, that's why I repeated it" we just accepted it because I guess that's on us. but we pull up and she's yelling so loudly at someone over the phone and opens the window to hand us our order, still yelling at this person so loudly basically in our face then just slams the window and walks away ?

i ws here today for steeped tea at 8:40 am. i remind name called benny that i m waiting for my tea for 5 minute. then she didnt mix sugar with spoon. when i askwd she saw me attitude and she lied that she did that. putting review concern to make service better. please advice her to work properly.
Dont go here. They missed all my wifes food. It was a simple beagle. Workers rush to get u out of there. Not caring about the accuracy of ur order.
