This is my family’s local Tim’s and honestly every time we have come in (which is A LOT 😂) the service is spectacular. I need to highlight Bonnie at this location. She always greets us with a smile and she knows our order. By the time we get in line she has already started our Large Steeped Teas with 2 Milk 😊. If you are looking for a good Tim’s in Barrie, this is a really good one!
On the way back home with my husband and daughters we stopped for coffee, drinks and something to eat. They gave me the wrong coffee, I had to ask for one of the muffins because they had forgotten to give it to me. They were quite confused and in a bad mood with each other or with the customers, I don't know, but the service was pretty bad.
