The staff are very nice people, but their new manager is awful. I've got into both the drive-thru or the front, and she's the one that takes my order, she'll constantly cut me off, and never allow me to finish my order, and if I say something about how I wasn't finished ordering, she'll pretty much say it's my fault. I found out that her name is Harrrpreet. She really needs to learn how to learn the customer service industry.

We went here around 11:30am on April 2nd. If I could give the staff more than 5 stars I would. I needed a large order very quickly for people without power duebto the ice storm and the staff were absolutely a bunch of superstars. They went out of their way for us and packed everything beautifully so it made it easier on us. They anseared the phones quickly when I called a million times and were so professional, friendly and quick, I cannot give them enough praise.
For the staff reading this, Thank you so much. You made a bunch of people extremely happy (and warm!). Never forget how amazing you all are.

Disappointing Service Experience
I recently visited this Tim Hortons drive-thru and was shocked by the lack of basic customer service. The employee on duty refused to serve us without any explanation or courtesy. This unprofessional behavior left me feeling both frustrated and disrespected. Wish I could give this place a 0 star! Went through to play roll up the rim. Didn't get roll up the rim. Asked if it was over, they said no, they just didn't have cups. Wouldn't give me a small size cup that has the roll up the rim. Absolutely horrible customer service. Avoid this location
