Just went to this location and ordered 2 donuts with 2 ice caps at drive thru. A woman took the order. When I get to the drive thru it was a man and he only gave 1 donut. I said “We ordered 2 donuts” then he starts to argue with me that we didn’t order it even tho he didn’t even take my order! A woman did! So I tell him “She repeated back to me what I ordered so yes I asked for two” then he starts to argue more with me!
He’s like “Well she was making another order and taking orders”. I’m like “I’m not disputing that sir! I’m just saying I ordered another one!!?” He’s like “You have to pay for it”.
What the actual heck??? I was always gonna pay for it! Does he not understand people make mistakes and don’t have to be so defensive? The colloquial expression for Canadians is “I’m sorry!” Then in customer service you just serve the customer while saying something like “No problem. I will get it! What donut?” Dude seriously needs to work on his customer service!!
I have no idea why he was arguing with me. Dude didn’t even have a headset on for drive thru so not sure why he was so combative over a donut order he never heard in the first place and when he works in a food service role directly serving people food! Pretty sure the whole idea is so fetch people the food they order.

I usually have a great experience at this drive thru but I’ve never had someone get so argumentative over a donut order they messed up! Maybe he wanted to eat it and was jealous we got the last one??? LOL.
