always out of multiple breakfast options (eggs, hashbrowns, buns, drink options) and has gotten orders wrong multiple times. unfriendly service, have gotten yelled at while waiting patiently to get order taken. waited for 25+ minutes to receive food after ordering, all while customers that ordered after got their food before me. do better. don’t bother going here

I wish I could rate this zero stars but I can't. First off it is slow most likely because they are understaffed and I'm aware it isn't their fault but it is still frustrating. Secondly the main reason why I am rating this as low as I am is because I ordered a coffee and a quarter of the coffee had coffee grounds in it. It wasn't a little bit of coffee grounds but a whole cup of coffee grounds in it. Thirdly is that the coffee tastes different then other Tim Hortons I've been to. As much as it is nice having a Tim Hortons on campus, it really sucks for service and food. I wouldn't recommend, especially when they run out of things all the time.

I went their with my friends to 2 iced coffee and i was waiting their for 15 minutes the staffs are not fast and friendly

I am employee at one of the Tim Hortons in barrie and this campus had worst employee as the deaf lady who works literally yelled ur welcome which was so embarrassing, this is not the first time i am experiencing the bad behaviour and racism issues from that lady but multiple times but i ignored but its enough now. she should learn some ethics and work manner and if u want someone to respect you, than u need to learn how to respect too. and i need something to be done about this otherwise i would literally go ahead with my issues as i know how it works as a employee of Tim Hortons.

I only ordered a large ice cap with chocolate milk it took roughly 25 minutes, and I had to ask for it after waiting that long. Luckily, I didn't have class till 11 and wasn't in a rush. This was my first time going to this tims, and now I know that if I'm in a bit of a rush, not to go here.

Mellissa the lady is so disrespectful and don’t have manner that how to talk with customer and every time take my order wrong and show very rude behaviour so my recommendation is to fire her from the Tim Horton because she is not good over here for her rude and disrespectful behaviour.

Always great service, friendly staff ( Scott is hilarious and so kind) and hot tea.Sure the lines are long, and sometimes a 20 minute wait, but no one is forced to stand in line, and mobile is always a quicker option.The staff work hard, and deal with rude customers all day, kudos to them.
I think this place is a great spot to stop in for a quick bite or coffee.The poor staff however seem to be overworked and understaffed... lines are often long and move at a snails pace.I come to campus Mondays and Tuesdays and it seems like they may have cut some staff? I don't try ro rely on them for a meal anymore but just a quick coffee to try and keep their workload down.I think some customers expect miracles out of no where.Probably shouldn't mention this but I've been given extra pastries without asking when it has come close to closing. Although not expected whatsoever it is always nice and a reason to come back and something that should not be frowned upon by management.Again great staff I just wonder if the regional manager or owner have ever actually cared to visit their place of business...Remember, the customer is always right... unless they are @$$h01es...

There is a guy name scott first he gave my order with missing items and when I told him about it then he started talking rudely . And whenever I visited the Tim Hortons he always talk like that.
