Staff here in the evenings are happy and having great time which is great to see however the volume in which they're conversing is very very loud and is disrupting the patron in the establishment

☕ this Timmies had great tastings food, delicious treats and a perfect classic Canadian atmosphere to eat in.

🍪 Friendly customer service and a clean area. Good for bringing your friends and or hockey team after practice.

😄 Thanks for a great time, Tim's on Bayfield.

I go here daily - they NEVER put double cream cheese on when you ask. And if you go back, they make a big deal about asking to correct your order, despite THEM being the ones to mess it up. If I am paying 2$ for cream cheese, I should be getting 2$ worth of cream cheese.

I recently had a frustrating experience at Tim Hortons. I had a cilantro crispy chicken wrap from another location .After realizing the wrap wasn't what I expected, I decided to visit a nearby Tim Hortons for a quick service. Where i asked for a remake.

After waiting in the drive-thru line, I was told that they couldn't remake food orders from other locations. This policy is incredibly inconvenient and left me feeling disregarded as a customer.

I expected better service and greater flexibility in handling such situations. I hope Tim Hortons can improve their customer service policies in the future.

I used Tim hortons stores and drive through every day and often twice daily for beverages and/or food but I'm am not giving them any of my business moving forward. The culture shift of most of time hortons stores have brought with it a series of issues to an already failing product and service. The value for your money is horrifically out of balance to start with but the speed and lack of care in preparation makes it even worse. I have had more soggy, slippery messes shoved out the window at me than I care to elaborate on. And yes I do mean shoved out the window at me because their drive through times are top priority over the customers they are serving. Literally been told to not hold up the drive through line rudely during a no word of a lie 1 min window transaction. Tim hortons needs to rethink there hiring structures and focus on the customer after all we are the ones paying the bill
