Ive been to every Tim’s in Barrie many times, this one also delivers consistent quality in food and coffee. Drive thru is usually faster. They renovated the interior this year and are trying some new management system where they work off the receipts? - it’s not working, have had to wait way to long for a coffee sometimes when you order inside

Was burnt by someone I was with spilling my soup and instead of the staff asking if I was okay they asked the person who burnt me If they were. Mind is blown.

Bathrooms were filthy, my seven year old felt sick after using the smelly bathroom. Bad service, food was ok.

$8.49 for a breakfast sandwich with roast beef.
I swear the eggs are smaller now, no longer have the "steak" and egg option, so was charged to $3 for 2 pieces of thin roast beef. Looks like 1 slice

I recently visited this Tim Hortons location through the drive-thru, and I’m pretty disappointed with my experience. I ordered a Double Double, and it was confirmed on the screen. However, when I finally got back to my store and opened my cup, I found out they gave me a black chai tea instead. Unfortunately, I was already back at work and couldn’t leave again to get it corrected, as I had locked my store to get the tea in the first place.

This location is the closest to my store, which is the only reason I go there, but they consistently make mistakes like this. While I understand that it can be busy, there’s always enough staff on hand. I don’t even expect much interaction—no one says hello or thanks, which I can deal with—but I do expect my order to be right. Please pay more attention to the orders you’re preparing.

They did not have any tea biscuits. They said they did not care them at their location

I don't know if the girl who took my order is this way with all of her customers but she was standoffish, non-communicative, when I got my coffee I said thank you she ignored me. Customer service was terrible.

This Tim Hortons is always running out of menu items. This is a terribly managed store. I think the owner needs to send the manager to take some basic management training courses. I’m done giving them my business. Wendy’s is right across the street.

Probably my favourite Tim Hortons to Visit in Barrie. Large store with a lot of selection and a good seating area, and very quick and clean, especially compared to others in the area. Always my go-to when I'm in the area.
