I frequently visit this store and this is the first time I’ve encountered such unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour from one of your staff members. I had ordered my coffee and was waiting for my order when a young male staff member was going on break and ordering at the counter. His language was very offensive, foul, and completely unprofessional. He used the word “dildo” and engage in foul language like the f word. What’s more concerning is that he seemed very comfortable behaving and speaking in this manner in front of customers, which leads me to believe this is not the first time he has done so. This is embarrassing behaviour and unfortunately this is who you store has representing your company. Completely despicable. I understand he may be a young teenager but he doesn’t seem to respect the job because being professional at work is a no brainer.

My experience here is great every time I haven't had any issues at this tim hortonsI do have a question tho? Is this timmies open 24 hrs walk in/dine in ?
Every time I come to this store. There was not only a lineup, but there was people sitting around that are supposed to be working and getting through the day working on making customers happy every time I come here. I have a problem with either the food or the coffee being burnt. I am not happy with this Tim hortons on Bayfield It is unacceptable for the way that they work and the management is poorly done for the team work that is going on there. I will say this because I have a sister that works. Management there and every store is ran perfectly. This store out of a hundred I will give a 40 % rating they need to pick up and work on the materials of working skills as a team But form Most management should have a thing called. Pay attention to detail on new employees. And explain things a lot more thoroughly with maybe even a little extra training not. Everybody understands something once told but need to be told two or three times

I think this is the right Tim's lolThis is our go to Tim Hortons for years now. My son who is now 8 knows a majority of the staff and Beth is his favourite. We are always greeted with a smile from her as well as the other staff members that work 7-10am when i usually come threw. Everyone usually waves to my son and it truly makes his day. Keep up the fantastic customer service everyone :)
