Always the slowest, never get my order right
The most racist employees I've ever seen in Canada are all here. Even though I was at the front of the line, they let someone else go first simply because they were of the same race, and when I pointed it out, they responded with ridiculous expressions and didn't listen to me at all; they even gave me the wrong coffee. I think the owner of this branch is also racist for hiring people like this.

Went there at 12:30pm and they don't have rice ready for the wraps on their lunch menu.
One employee end up saying it will be 5 minutes but when manager went to look actual time ,she found out that they haven't even started and it would be bit longer that to get rice ready.
If you can't get lunch items ready for lunch menu then you shouldn't be operating on lunch hours.

I understand it was rush time but Tim’s can do better.
I purchased a pack of 20 timbits, 2 double doubles and an iced chai latte. Timbits were fully burnt and chocolate timbits taste like literal chicken. Iced chai was watered down, atmosphere and service were nice. Staff were very nice!

Service is great but disappointed that the points are not accepted at the kiosk, lost 6 dollars because of that. If you want the benefits from the app then go to the counter.

I ordered a large latte with protein milk, but they gave us medium black coffee. When I went to complain, they said they didn't have it in stock. So I asked for a refund. When the employee tried to refund, she made a mistake, and apparently my money got deducted. When I argued for some time, they offered me a cash return for the wrongly deducted amount. However, there was no solution provided for the unavailable latte. After 15 minutes of explaining to different people, a guy named Jordan stepped in and offered another drink. I asked for the quickest drink and ended up with a cold iced cappuccino. This was very upsetting, and I didn't even get what I wanted. Extremely traumatizing experience.

Got 2 different chicken wraps. Both tasted like they had Indian spices on them. Same chicken wraps I always order at Tims and tasted completely different.
