I stop here often and promise myself "they can't serve poor quality EVERY time"; but to my surprise - time after time, undrinkable coffee, coffee not to order, and stale doughnuts. They even charge extra 'a convenience fee' . Needs different management, and maybe employees that are paid enough to care.

This is not a Tim Hortons. This is a Tim Hortons branded truck stop. The Coffee is garbage, the service is worse and they don’t honour Tim Hortons promotions. No hot chocolate or French vanilla after 6pm because they have to clean the machine.

Ordered a bagel before heading up the slope and got a burnt bagel. Beyond disbelief. Not even sure why they are working there. If they can’t even make a proper bagel… I wonder what else they are not doing right. 😑

All En-routes Tim Hortons are the WORST. They charge more on everything they sell. I got a large coffee and was told to pay 40 cents more then what I would pay if I got it in town. When I asked why they are charging more, they said it's because they are an enroute and they are on the highway and because they can. Tim Hortons you need to do better. All Tim Hortons are the same and so should be the prices

Stopped here as we usually do when travelling north - 5 more hours on the road and it’s our last stop for food - 10:15 pm on Saturday Dec 14 - open 24 hours
When o tried to order a toasted bagel I was very rudely told NO FOOD - I said pardon? She advised “No food, I’m here alone and have other jobs”
It’s toasting a bagel …..

I ordered a mobile drive-thru takeout and when I showed up and they said that they didn't receive my order and claimed that I had ordered the wrong location. They kept denying my order until I showed them the receipt which clearly shows the address of the store is. And the. They refused to make my order unless I pay them again. And they said that I have to request a refund through the mobile app and they cannot refund me. Later turns out the mobile end cannot refund me either, the mobile end asked me to request a refund at the store. So Tim Horton's is a scam and they are stealing money from their customer. NO MORE TIM HORTONS!!!

Earlier in the week I left a 1 star review for food quality consistently being way below expectations and I was connected with a manager who assured me they would go over these issues with the staff. as well as she offered me a free breakfast meal. Today I went in to the same location Tim hortans to claim said free meal and they had no idea what i was talking about. I ended up paying for my meal and leaving and yet again my sandwich is burnt crispy and falling apart. So disappointed with this location they just don’t have the same standards as other Tim hortans locations.

It's canada, not India. Show some diversity! Nuked the hash browns.Only had pork not beef or chicken. Should close this location, won't give my business here until things change. Extremely disappointed Tim Hortons. Get your stuff together!

Today I went to that location around 2:00 pm. One other couple in line.
I went to the mobile service and ordered a Medium London Fog.
My order #71. Waited and after 5 min- no one in line- no London Fog. 4 or 5 people behind the counter.
We walked up to the counter to inquire and was told our London Fog could not be made. We asked if anyone planned on telling us that since we were standing there and had to ask. I asked them “why not?”. He responded that the machine was broken. Again, I asked was no one going to tell us that.
He told me “I will give you another drink instead. He said I can give you an Americano”. I said “No thanks, I would like a refund”. He said “No, I cannot refund you”. I responded “I don’t want another drink. If you can’t give me a London Fog, then I would like a refund”
Guess what - he walked over and started making me a London Fog as my son and I stood there and stared at him. Unbelievable.
He then asked someone else to finish making my drink and hand it to me.
So- he did not want to make the drink and lied and said the machine was broken!!!!!!!
I should have demanded to see the Manager and I will still follow up with this.
Terrible service.
I was at this store last month and poor service last time as well.
Won’t go there again

Lousy amount of bacon on the sandwich. Steak sandwich was the same. Coffee was made wrong and the coffee was burnt. This location should be closed or run by someone who is competent.
