Bad experience at the drive thru I pass by this place every day because it's on my way, and just now I stopped by a croissant with cream cheese and they told me that they've been unable to spread cream cheese on the croissant for 6 months. When they've always given it to me like that. The people who work there are so filthy. Just because I should give it a star, but they don't even deserve that. Besides, I ordered two croissants and they only gave me one. And they gave it to me with the cream cheese they wanted.With garlic

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons today. Taran was such a sweet person—she served with a warm smile and made my visit extra pleasant. Her kind and friendly attitude truly stood out. Thank you, Taran, for the amazing service

Messed up my order.. ordered iced coffee.. I don’t understand why he added espresso shot in that.. charged extra money for that as well.. they just robbed us.. I would not suggest to visit this location :( :(

Ashish, the guy just told me he cant customize my food bcz he said he isnt allowed to out herb and cheese in plain crisoant. He cant toast my crisant with butter and just gave me on side

We were stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes. The employees were sooooo slow on a Sunday and then after we paid they informed us they don’t have what we ordered. I am usually very patient with customer service everywhere especially on a Sunday, but damn they were moving with the speed of a turtle. Please schedule more people that move faster

Just got coffee and bagels on the way to the cottage. Bagels were so hard we couldnt eat them, coffees were disgusting as well. $36.00 for garbage. Never again!

The staff are great and friendly, but on Saturday mornings it takes us 15 minutes to get our order. This is the second time
I am there this time they have nothing to eat instead of bagels or wagels whats that bad service
I ordered $14 worth of egg sandwiches and an egg box through the app. Went through the drive thru to pick it up, employee told me the order was not found, i showed him my app, then he said no sandwiches or eggs available at all, would i like to replace with something else? I said no, because we were looking for a meal not $14 of donuts. I asked for a refund. He said I would have to contact tim hortons customer support for a refund since they can’t do refunds. Tim horton’s customer support told me refunds can only be processed by the store. End result corporate gave me 2000 tims points after back and forth (equivalent to 2 breakfast sandwiches), so I essentially lost $7 for no reason. Terrible.

Consistently rude, slow and seemingly unorganized and unaware. Expect to wait an average of 20mins on any random day even with only a couple cars in the drive thru. We try to avoid this location but on the odd day we use I expect to be treated poorly here
