Tim's employees need a refresher course step by step instructional video on how to toast and butter bread! Its so ridiculous that everytime I order a double toasted bagel with butter, I am given the bread mushy (as in not toasted), cold with little butter. Terrible!!đż

The only Tim Hortons Iâve ever been to that doesnât toast or put cream cheese on the bagels.
The owner needs to put more time into fixing their issues and less time patronizing google reviewers.
Extremely disappointed but not surprised at all. Not the first time this is happening wont be the last time and seriously Tims Hortons really needs to look in to this.
Visited this Tim Hortons today, got some coffee, nothing wrong with the coffee, it was good but one of the employees was extremely disrespectful to one of the customers.
Couldn't really tell as i was a little away but the customer was asking for a refund. My best guess is (from what I could gather) that she had to wait for her order and was in a rush and couldn't wait.
One of the employees said in her native language to one of her colleagues âmoon tay maro aeday paisayâ. Allow me the opportunity to translate this for people who canât understand this⌠âToss the refund on her (customer) faceâ.
Unluckily for that employee, I understood exactly what she said about the customer. this is totally unacceptable, unprofessional, and unethical. The management needs to look in to this.

Most of the time the coffee at 5am tastes burnt, and Multiple times it has been closed after ordering through the mobile app. I believe Tim Hortons in the hospital should be 24hrs as it states on the wall. Lots of us staff and patient/visitors usually enjoy it at 5am when it does open.

I was refused access to a washroom and told because I didnât have a child with me I couldnât use the family bathroom when it was the only one available even though I was told to ask for the washroom key by another associate

always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Theyâre quick, polite, and always make sure the order is right. The store is clean, service is fast even during busy hours, and the coffee is always fresh.

Theyâve gotten my order wrong so many times, I donât understand why. The first time I went, the chocolate creamy chill was amazing â but every time after that, itâs been wrong. I even went in once to tell them, and the guy just shook his head like I was the one who was wrong. It wasnât until another employee came over and asked what he made that she realized it was the wrong drink and told him that.
