I had a really disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff were incredibly slow and rude, especially toward Asian and Indian customers, while being polite to white customers. It felt really unfair and unprofessional.
I waited 10 minutes just to get the wrong order—a coffee instead of the steeped tea I asked for. On top of that, my doughnut had a hair in it! Completely disgusting. The slow service even made me miss my bus.
Honestly, the employees here seriously need training in basic customer service and work ethics. I'm paying for my food, not asking for a favor. At the very least, they could show some respect and efficiency. Really disappointed with this location
(Edit: I'm never going back to that location, hope you guys will treat other customers in a good way)
