I ordered 2 bagels both were burnt and I said extra cream cheese and didn’t get it. I also got another bagel with butter and it was burnt. This isn’t the first or second time this has happened too

Absolutely garbage it's cold and snowing and no soup nothing ready the turkey tasted old they only have coffee and nothing else ready maybe 8 choices of donuts two workers and there blasting there music in the background I'm not one to care but it's a tim Hortons and your music isn't even in English like Tim Hortons ok we have ear buds for your own personal music ik nobody would want to hear my trap music in a tim Hortons but ok and omg I can't stress the like of preparation they have nothing abosultley nothing the servers not even taking clients in English and when they do it's dirty looks the coffee tastes like water when ever you do get it no sorry burnt cream I had to retaste it to be sure I'm gunna assume the donuts are stale they don't seem happy to serve there clients or be here but what do I know I just wanted soup a sandwich and a coffee and it seems timmys can't do that

I ordered a coffee and toasted bagel with butter. When I realized the girl was putting butter and a knife in the bag for me to apply the butter myself, I very nicely asked her if she would mind putting the butter on it for me as I have a cast on my dominant hand. She said we don’t do that, you’ll have to do it yourself! She could clearly see that my hand was casted so wouldn’t you think she’d try to help. If i had ordered cream cheese and not butter she would have put it on the bagel. It seems customer satisfaction isn’t important anymore!

This is the worst outlet in Canada. The rewards scanner is not working, not accepting Tim Card payments, no hashbrowns no proper communication of the above to the customer while taking the order, all of the above at 5pm EST in the evening. They should recruit the manager from the outlet at Duckworth and Grove Street which I would say is the best in Barrie and they give all the details also while ordering. Would have given ZERO stars if that option was available.
