Well I don’t know what the hell is going on anymore. Walk in as Drive Through was backed up. No line up and 3 older gals sitting . I say good morning to the clerk / get a blank stare and nothing else. Nothing ask for my bean - no acknowledgement at all. I pay by tap only because I had it out and saw it show on the pad. Bean gets put on the shelf. And clerk turns away. No thanks / no have a nice day zeros. Weirdest experience at a TH ever. I was away and say thanks and again zero response. Coffee was typicalTH. But the service was JUNK . Lots of other TH’s so avoid the Essa / Ardagh one.Parking: Parking is along the side and if the DT is backed up - you will wait for a spot in line - and then hope someone lets you out when you leave.

Should start handing out gas vouchers. Ridiculous wait times in drive through. They don't even make the coffees correct. How hard is to make a coffee? Like really... Repetitive work, how do you mess up? Not happy. They use up so much gas cause there slow, then they mess up the drink. Require you to come back and exchange it BUT ITS EVERYDAY. I SHOULD BE GETTING GAS COVERED AND FREE COFFEES AT THIS RATE!!!! VOUCHER...SOMETHING!!!! ANY OTHER BUSINESS THAT WOULD MESS UP THIS MUCH! HORROBLE SERVICE.

Worst Tims we have ever been. Took forever to make a sandwich and potatoes, and it’s still cold. The potato seems is microwaved and it’s wet, and tastes strange. There are like 8 people working in this restaurant but they’re just talking laughing not really doing the job. Look at the potato wedges, it’s wet and not crispy at all! And you need to wait 20 mins for this. While there is no customer at all!

The Nature

Attention: Tim Horton Branch at 533 Bayfield St. Barrie ON,On Feb. 19, 2024, during the evening shift,It was not busy for placing an order, either in the drive-thru or inside.You should train your crews in customer service and cleanliness in the work area. They may appear busy with tasks, but ignoring customers and making them wait for their orders leaves a bad impression. Not a single one of them informed me that they would be there in a second to take my order; instead, I was ignored until 10 minutes later when the order was finally taken, without any apology or gratitude.Another concerning observation I made while waiting to place my order was seeing one of the crew members cleaning a kitchen tool and shaking off the mess directly onto the floor, leaving it scattered. Have these individuals received training in safety and health practices for handling food?

My visit to Tim Hortons was not very good. I went for dinner, no chili again. I don’t understand why they run out of food part way through the day?? Also the hot water machine was down so I couldn't get a tea. It was disappointing. The guy beside us tried to get the girl at the cash to do hot water in the coffee machine, but she just ignored him. He stormed out. It wasn't the greatest visit.

Seems every time I go for doughnuts there's a limited selection, because they haven't replaced what they've sold & they are in no hurry to do so ! For instance I went in for TimBits & they were out of most of them, asked if they had any in the back, the person replied yes ,Asked if they would bring them out to wich they replied were busy, we'll get to it when we slow down. .

Industrial sweet goods from the big donut conglomerates....But it's consistent at least. Service is slower I notice, wonder if it's staffing issues?

Went through the Drive thru about 25 minutes ago & ordered 2 coffees & a bagel. My bagel was supposed to be toasted, it’s friggen STONE COLD. Like it didn’t even make through the toaster & the cream cheese that is on it isn’t even spread on the bagel properly!!! Like what is happening in there!! I come to this Tim hortons often & I’ve never had service like this before!

Went through Tim Hortons around 7am on Sunday on the way to Toronto. We ordered a cream cheese bagel and a bacon belt. Took 5 minutes for our food when we were the only ones in line. Then when we got our food and on the highway we ate our food and they didn’t put cream cheese on the bagel and forgot to put eggs on my BELT. They also forgot to give us our change back. I never leave reviews but I’m so angry I had too thanks Tim Hortons employees…
