I went through the Drive through twice in the last two days to get a bagel with cream chess and both times there was the leasttt amount tod cream cheese possible in my bagel. If I am paying extra for it, I would extra it to be there. I am not able to add a picture to this review but added in photos section. Disappointed.

Terrible location
Guy behind the counter doesn't speak enough English to take an order correctly, lady serving my tea spilled it on me and then upon fixing the order crushed the cup and spilled it on an elderly gentleman

i ordered a large mocha iced coffee, they given me with no mocha syrup first.. i again gone to have the right one but they just added more cane syrup but no chocolate syrup. even i asked for extra cream they didn’t even given me any extra cream. worst experience that they can’t even fix it 2 times.

They are supper slow. They don’t know how to manage. Instore there were 6/7 people but 4/5 people were busy with the drive thru and the interesting part was there were only maybe 2/3 cars thats all. I left the place without buying things.and it happened with me 2/3 times and all of them happened in this time frame.
Learn how to manage the store or leave it. Its not your job.
I am talking about July 21,2025.( around TIME: 12:20pm)

This is the worst Tim Hortons location. Specially Drive-thru service is very slow. It takes about 10-12 minutes to serve the order. I just ordered a coffee and plain croissant and when I complained at the window, the employee said, there is a shortage of staff. And it happened to me, multiple times.
