Watered down coffee… I don’t even know how a dark roast coffee can taste like that. On top of that, out of everything, all the time. On multiple occasions. Why even have a menu when you have none of it available? Will avoid this location from now on.

I went through the Drive through twice in the last two days to get a bagel with cream chess and both times there was the leasttt amount tod cream cheese possible in my bagel. If I am paying extra for it, I would extra it to be there. I am not able to add a picture to this review but added in photos section. Disappointed.

Terrible location Guy behind the counter doesn't speak enough English to take an order correctly, lady serving my tea spilled it on me and then upon fixing the order crushed the cup and spilled it on an elderly gentleman

I worst tim hortons coffee I had ever drink in canada . I ordered a hot chai tea lattte like 2 mins ago and it was so cold and taste less
Great service the manager Melissa is great always helpful and always smiling. The only thing is Retro is very nice but why couldn't they have made a donut or drink retro price

i ordered a large mocha iced coffee, they given me with no mocha syrup first.. i again gone to have the right one but they just added more cane syrup but no chocolate syrup. even i asked for extra cream they didn’t even given me any extra cream. worst experience that they can’t even fix it 2 times.
