Today i met a guy name Bow at the drive thru and Bow showed up with his polite and friendly behaviour . He served me my meal with respectful words, i like his nature and wanted to appreciate him for his work . Bow is a great man.

staff did not even inform that they dont have the drink i ordered 15min in. I had to go and ask and they told me they dont have it and still took another half an hour to make it. They didnt make the rest of the order either . Extremely slow staff.

10:00 a.m. and they ran out of approximately 10 donuts and when asked they were not in the middle of making more. Many of the staff are talking and laughing loudly umongst each other. The windows are often dirty and the table not cleaned after patrons have left.

I waited 10 mins for someone to take my order meanwhile there was 7 employees. After that I had to wait 10 more minutes for my 2 BELT. And they still managed to make it wrong. The guy who made put two top side on mine with a small tiny piece of lettuce and literally no mayo. When I ask to remake it the supervisor who incharge made it with an attitude. If you wanna show attitude then atleast try to make the food right. That's your job. First someone give the supervisor some training and to rest of the employees.

Went through the drive-through ordered a decaf coffee and was told by the person on the speaker they had no decaf and could not make any. I canceled my order and they have lost a Costomer
Went for a quick coffee on a Sunday at noon. I was the third customer in line but left after waiting 10 minutes because no one was working the counter. Very few donuts or other offerings, and they were not going to be getting some anytime soon from what I could make out from the argument happening between another customer and the manager.

Garage everywhere trash can over flowing. All the employees just standing around doing nothing. Like come on how is this place open and not closed cause of health code. I know where the employees come from they live in trash. But this is canada we like our restaurant clean

At least 50 people were waiting over a half an hour in line during today’s ice storm. Their power went out and they wouldn’t take more money from anyone for any food or coffee when people were hungry. They should be giving out coffee for free during times like this for all the business we give them and tips throughout the year. I know it’s not the employee’s fault. She said it was manager orders and the manager wasn’t even there.

This has to be the worst Tim Hortons in Barrie. Don’t even ask to scan. They just get your coffee and say oh sorry I’ve already punched in the order. You can’t scan your cut. Your app will never be going there Ty

This is one of the worst Tim hortons in Barrie. They served me a bagel with hair in it when my boyfriend brought it back they asked what do you want me to do about ? How about serve a bagel with NO HAIR in the first place. Disgusting.
