I visited this Tim Hortons today and ordered the new Boston Cream donut, but they gave me the old classic one instead. When I tried to explain the mix-up, the staff were rude and didn’t seem interested in fixing the issue. Really disappointed with the customer service.

Ordered a whole wheat bagel with cream cheese and came out with a four cheese bagel with cream cheese. I hate the four cheese bagel but now I am at work and have to eat something for breakfast. It's my fault for continuing to support Tim Hortons when the people that work there don't even understand what people are ordering half the time. Tim Hortons is rolling in his grave seeing what has been done to this establishment. Also, $4.19 for a bagel, for terrible service and mediocre food? I just need to start baking my own bagels.

This is for all you iced coffee lovers. To start, this establishment has a high turnover rate, with new staff members starting every week, many of whom do not understand how to make regular orders. Don't get me wrong, there are three regular employees who are consistent and do a great job. They know their regular customers by voice and make their orders correctly every time. However, I don't understand how you can mess up on a coffee that should be made the same way every time. As a regular customer, I haven't had any real problems until today, aside from them messing up on coffee or not understanding what the order was, resulting in giving a different item. There are times when the customer is always right, and in this case, the customer was definitely right. I asked for a vanilla iced coffee that should be made the same way every time, so I don't understand how you can mess up on it and receive a coffee with no cream and a pound of sugar. When I asked for a new coffee, I received a black coffee with no vanilla or cream. I had to ask again to remake it, for them to just put cream and vanilla in the same coffee. Then, I received it with no ice. When I asked for more ice, I said I'll put it in myself because clearly, they don't know how to make an iced coffee. It just requires common sense, and there's no need to turn this into a difficult situation. Then, I got charged $0.10 for ice, which definitely wasn't the problem. The problem was messing up on an iced coffee twice and then getting an attitude about making it. Four people stood around the window, not understanding how to make it, while the manager stood there, giving me the evil eye and then stepping in with an attitude. When I said, 'Why should I pay for ice when you've messed up on the coffee twice?' the manager said, 'We know who you are, you complain every day. If you don't like how it's made, you can go somewhere else.' I asked who her supervisor was, and she said she couldn't release that information. That's what I call really nice customer service. Most disrespectful management there.

One of the worst tim hortons to ever order from. I gave 1 star review as no options for 0 star. Ordered from drive thru , no one responded for a while even saying Hello on speakers. One of the worst employee named Simran served us and showing attitude for no reason at their own fault and then purposely made wrong coffee. Asked for supervisor ignored without giving name.
Tim hortons spend some $$ to teach customer skills to employees.
