One of the worst tim hortons to ever order from. I gave 1 star review as no options for 0 star. Ordered from drive thru , no one responded for a while even saying Hello on speakers. One of the worst employee named Simran served us and showing attitude for no reason at their own fault and then purposely made wrong coffee. Asked for supervisor ignored without giving name. Tim hortons spend some $$ to teach customer skills to employees.

Went through drive thru, was told there was no dark roast coffee.. when I asked how long for the new coffee, I was told there is no more dark roast coffee. Drive thru attendant either didn’t want to make more, or didn’t understand the request of large dark roast black. When I parked and went inside there was magically dark roast coffee in a pot. VERY FRUSTRATING language barrier.

They dont care about service they just care about drive thru time . I Ordered london fog tea , when i got my tea it was ice cold lady working at drive thru knew that tea was not hot and they made it wrong she still delivered it anyways . Total waste of time And money.

*As of Sept 6th, 2024 - I still haven't heard anything back from this location - very disappointing. GRIM - everytime I come here I think it might get better but it doesn't. The washrooms are horrible. Today one room had no toilet paper so I went to the other one which had poop smeared up the back of the toilet seat and the sink was beyond grim...... Yuk!
the managers seemed very young and unprofessional. my bagel with bacon was cold and uncut and the iced coffee was very bitter.

I give only 1 star the staff has a lot of attitude they don’t know how to deal with customers I am going to the store of cundles Tim Hortons since last three years regularly now from the last six months the staff is not good whenever I ask for anything they guys always ask we r out of this thing especially all muffins after 4 or 5 I want the owner to ask the late night staff to take care of customers properly and don’t be over attitude

I eat croissants from Tim’s every week. This is the smallest one I’ve ever seen. First time at this location. What is going on with the lack of consistency?
For scale, I am a small 5’ woman. My hands are tiny. Croissants are much bigger than this. What the heck?!
