I had an exceptional experience at Tim Hortons during my recent visit. The highlight of my visit was meeting Baljinder who works at this location. She is an incredibly hardworking and dedicated individual who truly takes pride in her work.She speak sweet as your French vanilla 😄. She looking so gorgeous nd her eyes 👀 are so pretty.

Dear Tim Hortons you failed yet again, I ordered a large stepped tea with 2 milk and 1 sweetener. I received 1 cup of nasty swamp water. You’re getting to be too much with your epic fails.

This is my 3rd time going to this Tim Hortons and will be my last. Every single time I go to this Tim Hortons I’m served the most disgusting watered down coffee I’ve ever had and I’m completely fed up with it this is outrageously disrespectful for the customers to be served this sorry excuse for a coffee. All to make the matters worse both large double doubles I bought this time cost me around $5!!! Shame on this Tim Hortons and to the people that run this place

I spent about five hours here in the morning, and I must say, this is a wonderful place. Compared to other places, there’s great communication between customers and staff, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Additionally, other groups of customers spent around three hours chatting before they left, which adds to the lively vibe here. From what I observed, there were no people in difficult circumstances or smoking, so I think the crowd here isn’t an issue. I also saw many families with children. While the view itself isn’t particularly notable, the place offers Wi-Fi, chargers, and cozy sofas, allowing for a comfortable, long stay. Since I work on my laptop, having these three things available is incredibly convenient. I also noticed other people working on laptops, so it seems like a suitable spot for getting work done. Note: I recommend bringing headphones or earphones.

I visited Tim Hortons mapleview drive for the job and ordered a drink with timbits there. Unfortunately, I don't get the job, but I like their service and quality of drinks. The atmosphere of Tim Hortons is really freaking awesome.
This was the best Tim’s I’ve been to in years. My order was taken relatively fast given how busy it was, the food was ready extremely fast, and it tasted better than every Tim’s I’ve been to in the past five years

The girl with glasses, I believe was indian working at 8AM today on cash (so managers know who she was) took my order, got my donut in a box right, but when I went to sip my coffee, tasted like no sugar. Went to stir it, it was ALL at the bottom. It's really not that hard of a job to get the whole order right. Especially when I took care of drive thru alone, FULL of people in 15mins, food and drinks, and no one came back complaining because I got it all right. Coworker was on break, didn't care how busy it got, not for me anyways. Anyway, if I can do that and get everything correct, there's no reason she couldn't have stirred my coffee right. Absolutely LAZY. Only gave 2 because at least the donut was in a box. Free coffee or not, I spent money to earn that free coffee.

Would've given 0 stars had there been an option...... Customer service really isn't on their radar here. Went in and stood in line, only me, the two people I was with wondered off to the washrooms, they took quite a while before they came back and I was still standing there waiting. We all stood there a good 5 minutes longer, waiting to be acknowledged - nope! Lot's of people behind the counter strolling around one even caught my eye on 4 occasions, still no response. In the end I had to shout down to the drive through area and ask if anyone was actually serving at the counter, now that got everyone's attention, including everyone in the store. Well a young person came out of the back and said he was finishing his break????? and..... I said do you know what customers service is? All it needed was one - just one of the staff to acknowledge me and say there will be someone with you shortly. Now how hard can that be? So the aforementioned person brought out my order and proceeded to give it to two men who were awaiting their order (who had been waiting all the time I was there) they look confused as to what it was and in the end I said let me look and see, and it was my order - For crying out loud how hard can it be. Used to be my favourite Tims but recently it seems to have gone to the dogs. Time to look for a new one.
