I always end up disappointed when I go to this location, the drive through takes quite a while which would be fine if they were making their orders correctly.
I ordered an everything bagel with butter and cream cheese and this is what I got. So disappointing

Terrible experience at this Tim Hortons. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the employees just stared at me, and no one even took my order. When they finally did they had to push a non Indian person out of the back to take my order.It felt like I wasn’t even there. Completely unprofessional and rude — I’ve never been treated like this at any fast food or coffee place. Customer service here is non-existent, and I won’t be coming back.

7am saturday morning & here we go again. I cant even get an apple fritter cause they have nothing out on display. Their still baking everything in the back so again, 7am at tims on mapleview beside Starbucks (who can offer customers more then coffee) and no donuts available!!!. Thats great management, What a dump......

The behaviour of the employees and the way of talking is ridiculous.
The girl she refused to give the name, do not know how to handle the customers. I went twice to make changes into the iced coffee because there espresso foam was not good. The girl she had a blonde hair, and small height, around 4:30 pm in the evening at the drive thru, said “then go to other store” these were the exact words. I will go to other store. But she doesn’t have the right to say that. Who is she to talk to me like that. I paid the money for coffee not to hear the nonsense she is talking. Manager please look into this matter. If the matter is not resolved i will post the bad rating everyday untill i get a response.

It was my worst experience i bought a step tea just rn it taste like shit cause its expired i dont even know why they can’t do their work properly last time i bought potato wedges it was half cooked

School Threat

The Service was excellent but I really must say, the baker,I think his name is Faraz and wow his service is truly something special. They had 3 chocolate dip donuts but I wanted 6 so Faraz went out of his way to make sure I get those other 3 ones fresh. What a guy man! Management should be giving workers like that a raise!!

It was good at first, but now it's like any other Tim Hortons. No one speaks English, you can't understand them. They all talk amongst themselves, no one looks after the customers, no attention!👎👎👎👎

We have the app for special offers but they charged us regular price and I said it's on the app they said lemon poppy seed muffin is a premium I said it's a muffin no one told us when we placed the order they didn't honor the offer they made us switch muffin like really very disgusting the way we were treated make the customer happy oh no plain bagel on blueberry muffin like never again over there. Have to contact head office
