My coffee was supposed to be free on my app it wasn’t taken off, the new girl had no clue what to do, the drive thru line was growing people were honking and the manager was just standing in the distance didn’t help her or come up to the window..

I had a very rude experience with the woman who took my order. The Canadian maple dip and the maple donut were switched in the display, so I thought the maple dip was the maple donut. She spoke to me very rudely, and it felt like she was just waiting for a reason to be rude to me because of who I am. I will never go back there again, even if I am starving. I would rather faint and die from low blood sugar than go back there. If you already know who I am by now, then you deserve to know.

She always takes the time to ask you how your day is going no matter how busy it is. I think her values really align with what true customer service is all about and it’s admirable to see! Easily one of the worst drive-through experiences I’ve had. Christina took my order and was extremely rude, impatient, and dismissive for no reason. If being polite to customers is too much to ask, maybe drive-through isn’t the right place to work. Tim Hortons is supposed to be quick and friendly — this was neither. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I always end up disappointed when I go to this location, the drive through takes quite a while which would be fine if they were making their orders correctly. I ordered an everything bagel with butter and cream cheese and this is what I got. So disappointing

Terrible experience at this Tim Hortons. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the employees just stared at me, and no one even took my order. When they finally did they had to push a non Indian person out of the back to take my order.It felt like I wasn’t even there. Completely unprofessional and rude — I’ve never been treated like this at any fast food or coffee place. Customer service here is non-existent, and I won’t be coming back.

7am saturday morning & here we go again. I cant even get an apple fritter cause they have nothing out on display. Their still baking everything in the back so again, 7am at tims on mapleview beside Starbucks (who can offer customers more then coffee) and no donuts available!!!. Thats great management, What a dump......

Melecia was great, she was so friendly and very helpful…i will definitely come back on this lication.
The behaviour of the employees and the way of talking is ridiculous. The girl she refused to give the name, do not know how to handle the customers. I went twice to make changes into the iced coffee because there espresso foam was not good. The girl she had a blonde hair, and small height, around 4:30 pm in the evening at the drive thru, said “then go to other store” these were the exact words. I will go to other store. But she doesn’t have the right to say that. Who is she to talk to me like that. I paid the money for coffee not to hear the nonsense she is talking. Manager please look into this matter. If the matter is not resolved i will post the bad rating everyday untill i get a response.
