We have the app for special offers but they charged us regular price and I said it's on the app they said lemon poppy seed muffin is a premium I said it's a muffin no one told us when we placed the order they didn't honor the offer they made us switch muffin like really very disgusting the way we were treated make the customer happy oh no plain bagel on blueberry muffin like never again over there. Have to contact head office

Staff are majority friendly. For the most part they get my order right. Always out of food past 5pm which is bizarre. Whoever is in charge of food ordering needs to take a look at their forecasting. This isn’t a once in a while occurrence, it’s basically all the time and it’s not fair to the staff or the customers. How are you going to increase your profits if you don’t have anything for your customers to buy? I’m going to guess that the margins on the food are very low so take the risk and make sure that you have what you need to satisfy your customers.

I always have a great experience with the drive-through people In the store, however, usually when we come into the Into the front counter, we usually have a very bad experience. I find there’s two people that come to the counter and they always look so miserable today. However, there was a young guy. I think his name is Eno ENHo A dark colored fellow anyways, he was awesome. I am. He was very polite very helpful. He apologized when there wasn’t any napkins and I said he never had to apologize for that. He was just very friendly and smiling and that’s the first time at the front counter and experience. Excellent customer service kudos to him

I frequent this particular location on multiple occasions within last month. The women's washroom every time I went in was disgusting. In fact, I did an old cleaners trick that we used to do in the hotels to make sure the staff was cleaning and any results the walls that had fetus on them still do. They've never been cleaned. Also When I mentioned his thought thought there was no toilet paper. I actually got a rolling eye and as I sat down notice that she never even went into the washrooms and I was there for 30 minutes.

I visited the store yesterday between 3 and 5 PM. I saw two staff members sitting on the counter in the drive-thru, talking and not working, while another staff member was stocking and doing his job. After getting my food, I stayed to do some work and noticed that the two staff members helped customers briefly but then returned to chatting. I rated the service 3 stars because only one staff member was working diligently, while the other two did not assist him. I've seen the same behavior from a staff member with curly hair during previous visits.
